Relax on the deck with a drink and your loved one while watching our beautiful Arabian Stallion "Georgie" grazing away, nickering to his sweetheart in the next pasture...
There is also a gas grill in your private garden and old stone walls, and if you offer carrots, Georgie will eagerly trot over!
There are great views from the cottage of the pastures, you'll see chickens roaming around, and Rocky the rooster can wake you up in the morning! Don't forget to tell us when you book, that you don't want Rocky the Rooster waking you up, we can close the door to the coup!
Downstairs there is kitchen area with an island, a large dining table, two wing chairs and a pullout sofa. There is cable tv downstairs and upstairs.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed.
The full bath is upstairs.

Year Purchased: 1984
I was born in Spondon, England and Rick was born in New Brunswick, Canada. We both grew up on farms and like to have guests visit and stay in the cottage and enjoy the old farm life! We have been renting property out for over forty years now!
Why the Owner Chose Sudbury
We both grew up on farms and this one is idyllic! We are secluded and set way back from the road and only 18 miles west of Boston!
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Strolling around the farm is the best, visiting the horses, the kitty cat, sitting in the adirondack chairs watching the ducks swimming around on the pond, chickens scratching here there and everywhere!
