This open floor plan features all the amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Vaulted cathedral ceilings house the living area with a gas fireplace, mirrored wet bar, and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio.

The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed with a TV, VCR, phone, and a door that leads to the patio. The master bath is very spacious with a double sink, a large tub, and private toilet room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The kitchen is cheery and fully-equipped. Additionally the condo has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Also there is a double garage. The pool is within steps from the condo, but still allows privacy when you are on the patio.

The Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hour, guard-gated community located across from the Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa. The Desert Falls Country Club features a fantastic golf course, lighted tennis courts, complete fitness center, racquetball, game room, as well as pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. The complex contains 32 pools, two of which are filled with salt-water. The 7000 yard, links-style par 72, championship golf course is considered to be one of the best golf courses in the desert.
