This beautifully decorated condo is a rare single level condo (no condos are above or below you) on a cul-de-sac with 1330 square feet. Both newer carpet and tile. This open floor plan features all the amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. The furnishings are in excellent condition and the mattresses are like new. Vaulted cathedral ceilings house the living area with a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the east-facing private patio.
The master bedroom has a Cal King Bed with a TV, phone, and a door that leads to the patio. The master bath was remodeled with a double sink, walk-in shower with bench, and private toilet room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and is very sunny during the day. The kitchen has been totally remodeled since 2012 and is fully-equipped. Additionally the condo has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is a double garage for your parking needs. The pool is within steps from the condo, but still allows privacy when you are on the patio.
The Fitness Center, Raquetball, and Tennis Courts are located at the Clubhouse and are free to my guests. There is a green fee for golfing on the course.
The Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hour, guard-gated community located across from the Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa. The Desert Falls Country Club features a fantastic golf course, lighted tennis courts, complete fitness center, racquetball, game room, as well as pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. The complex contains 32 pools, two of which are filled with salt-water. The 7000 yard, links-style par 72, championship golf course is considered to be one of the best golf courses in the desert.
