This lovely, fully remodeled cottage is located on Lake Butler, one of the pristine, clear water lakes that make up the Butler Chain, Central Florida’s premier chain of lakes. The waters are crystal clear with sandy bottoms, perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, or just relaxing on the dock. The setting is secluded and quiet. It is the “Old Florida” experience, with a one month minimum stay required, providing tranquility with all the excitement of the Orlando attractions minutes away.
The home is spacious, elegant and comfortable with incredible views. Fully updated in 2008 there are two stories connected by an outisde ramp offering all the comforts of home with both indoor and outdoor living.
The upstairs boasts an open living area with cathedral ceilings, wood floors, and exposed beam ceilings. It is equipped with WiFi, flat screen TV and stereo system. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood cabinets and a center island. Views abound from the kitchen, living area and dining area. Off the living area is a roomy deck with a gas grill, it is perfect for relaxing and watching the beautiful waters. There are two comfortable bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with two twins. Both have lovely ensuite baths with subway tile.
The downstairs is also fully appointed with a second living room and den, beautifully finished with tile floors and wood ceilings. Sliding glass doors lead to a patio just steps from the clear water and dock. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. Both again have ensuite baths with subway tile. Completing the downstairs is a laundry room with washer and dryer, no garage.
And don’t forget the dock and boathouse with plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying all Lake Butler has to offer.
