Villa #7 at “The Villas of Beaver Creek” is a European-style townhome located creekside in the heart of Beaver Creek. This is a private home that is now being offered for rental. Guests of the villa are just steps from shopping and dining, as well as the Performing Arts Center and ice rink. Ski-ways provide access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and ski slopes of Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Bachelors Gulch. This property is the closest and largest villa to the creek and ski-run; step out the backdoor and you are on the run.
Completed in 1998, this three story, approximately 4,500 square foot villa showcases six bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. The Bedrooms include two master bedrooms both with king beds, two queen bed bedrooms and two twin bed bedrooms. The main master bedroom does have a switch on gas fireplace. The villa also has a TV den with a sleeper sofa. The foyer, powder room, large custom chef's kitchen, large great room with vaulted ceilings, and the additional basement kitchen make this home a spacious family retreat. The dining room can seat up to 14 people at one large table and a kids table. Outside, the villa has a private deck off the great room with a gas grill for family barbecues and a ground level private hot tub.
The resort in which Villa 7 resides includes concierge service, underground parking and a fitness room. On-site pool and hot tubs entice skiers to socialize .

There is no place quite like this villa that our family has stayed. To park your car and have walking access to the mountain and everything the town has to offer is unmatched. The amenities included through the villa are second to none. Having each room with it's own bathroom keeps everyone happy and true ski in and out access let's everyone have their own pace to get on the mountain. Coming home after a day on the slopes to hot tubs and pools cannot be beat and the great room allows for sharing the memories you just made. Our family will be back and cannot wait to experience the mountain in the summerRecommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

This property is every bit as fabulous as the photos. Too bad you can't smell the air and see the sky as it was all perfect. The location was in the center of all activites, winter/summer/fall/spring. The amenities; fitness center, pool, complimentary breakfast, private outdoor jacuzzi, just added to a perfect stay. It is truly a first class place.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: This residence was purchased during construction and finished by the family. It is not a typical rental property , as his has only seen 10 plus years of family and friends. The family that owns the property has five adult children that spend long weekends in Beaver Creek and many summer days here.
