  We stayed here in mid January. Had a great time. Could not beat the location. Literally a 2 minute walk to the gondola, and village. Additionally the owners were great, and made everything very easy for us. We look forward to coming back.

  My husband, two teenage boys and I are finishing a four day stay at this comfortable property. Becky was extremely helpful through the booking process. The unit is in a fabulous location in the Village area of Mammoth and is extremely convenient (less than 5 mins walk) to both great restaurants , shops and the gondola to the ski areas. The heated underground parking is a bonus. The unit is cosy and well equipped but would benefit from some additional , bright, general lighting in the living area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit would not be suitable for small children or older people due to the tight spiral staircase and an extra bathroom upstairs would really be useful (I noticed from other reviews that this is planned for the near future). Overall, we have had a wonderful stay in a lovely unit and we got our first white Christmas too!!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

There is a light fixture in the closet that will be put up as well over the dining room table. I'm glad you had a great time.

  If your after location then this is the place, we just spent a week boarding up the hill. literally a 30 sec walk to the village Gondola that takes you right up to the Canyon Lodge. walking distance to all the Village has to offer. right next door to the Pub where they have there own micro brewery. most comfortable bedding i've had in a long while, had everything we needed. plenty of everything. fire place came in handy after the 16" of snow we received. very very clean and spacious apartment. will definately be going back here again. Becky was a pleasure to deal with.

We put extra funds into our bedding to make sure they where high end from the mattresses to the sheets. I know from experience there's nothing worst than being on vacation and having a really uncomfortable sleep. When decorating both units ( VROB #328214 or vacation rentals #75223 one bedroom sleeps four in same complex) that was one of first priorities, along with making sure each unit had all the necessary amenities for cooking and comfort.   Just returned from a good few days in mammoth and stayed at this nice property. Very clean and upgraded. The undergrown "heated" parking and location were really ideal. The owner (Becky) is very nice and accomodating, not to mention the nice wine waiting for us when we arrived. thank you. The location of this place really allows you to NEVER drive your vehicle once you arrive. ALL the best restaurants and shops in Mammoth are yards, yes yards, away. The unit is attached to a 1 bedroom unit and if you liked you could sleep 10 in these places for a discount. Anyway, Please note that there is only one drawback to the 2 bedroom unit. The bedrooms are connected upstairs on an open loft. The lone bathroom is on the bottom floor, and the little spiral staircase not friendly for kids or people that can't maneuver small steep spiralling stairs. so beware. This unit is definately not handicap friendly. The 1 bedroom I imagine is however. and if it is anywhere as clean and upgraded as this unit, look into it.

We have plans this fall to put a bathroom in up stairs and redsign the stairs so they are wider, but your right this is not a handicap unit as it does have the stairs. We have had several families with children enjoy the unit and some have already re booked. The unit down stairs that sleeps four, is handicap friendly and it has two baths (Jack and Jill).   Just got back home and wanted to let everyone know how woderful my experience was. The condo was super clean and right in the village. After we unloaded our car we never saw it again. The village was fantastic, lots of food, drinks, and plenty of shopping for weekend travelers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy access in and out. Gandola is a 90 second walk from the condo.

  Very good property that IS actually at the village gondola. Really, it is not a 4 story walk down concrete steps or 350 yards across a plaza or 2. Super accommodating owner and on site manager. Extras like heated parking, outdoor grill on balcony and ping pong in rec room above pool/jacuzzi were also a nice plus. Living area was quite comfortable. "This condo has everything you need" Nothing too fancy but nothing overlooked. The bedding was excellent. Would be glad to rent it again.

  Great location, the Condo is located within a 100 feet of the Village (Restaurants, Village Square, bars, shops, Etc. ). Great accommodations, very clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated with all new furniture, all new appliances, beds were great, nice view, deck with BBQ. The fireplace kept the unit warm, did not need to use the heater. The code system was such a plus, no keys no hassle. Don't try to light the candles by the fireplace, they are battery operated, took us 10 minutes to figure that out. We definitely would stay in the unit again. Great time Great fishing. Mark
