  I just recently stayed at this wonderful place and I had to write a review as soon as I got home. It's been said before but I will say it again, the pictures do not do this place justice. The view from every room is breathtaking. The house itself is extremely comfortable, clean, luxurious and modern. It is a newer home and every detail of the house has been made with comfort in mind. The kitchen is a great place to cook meals and was equipped with basic spices and condiments. The couch was amazingly comfortable and I took several sea side naps there listening to the ocean. And the ocean, oh my, you just can't get closer to the waves. You could literally drop a stone off the balcony and it would nearly land in the high tide. Also the way the house sits it's like you have your own private cove. When you look out the windows all you see is the ocean, the rocks and the sky. I barely saw 10 people on "our" beach the whole 4 day stay. At low tide you can walk down the stairway right to the beach where you can see tide pools full of starfish, anemones, crab and all sorts of critters. We even saw a few seals. Speaking of seals, you can see Seal Rock State Park from the balcony and you can easily see birds and gulls with the binoculars the owners of this house provided. In short, you just won't find a better place to relax and get really close to the ocean than this gem. Highly recommended and I will certainly be back!

  We had a great time on the coast ! We could not have had a better place to stay, your house had everything we needed. High end appliances comfortable furniture and I loved the jacuzzi tub.. The views were priceless I will certainly recommend your place to all my friends. The NFL ticket is a football fans dream Sunday was a day to stay in and watch football. My son and I had a blast playing pinpong in the garage. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful vacation home !

  We had the pleasure of staying at this home in Seal Rock on the beautiful Oregon coast earlier this year and loved it so much, we just went again. The home feels like a home away from home. It has everything you'd ever need to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. The views from every room in the house are amazing! Even the garage has a winning view!! The location is close to lots of coastal attractions. We'll definitely be back. K & K Hill

  The home and location are absolutely perfect. My wife and I have spents a number of vacations on the Oregon coast and stayed at homes we thought were 10's on a scale of 10. This home and its views are a 12 on a scale of 10. We sat at the dining room table the first night and we both felt guilty about having such a great place for ourselves. The photos do not really reflect the magnificent views from every room and level of the house. The house contained every need and was clear evidence of Kelly's attention to detail. Kelly was great in calling us to see if all was well. My wife and I will definitely be back next summer for a longer stay. If you love Oregon, ocean, beauty, quiet and comfort then this is the place.

  We visit the Oregon coast every year for a little R&R. This home has everything we need for a perfect escape from the real world. The view is outstanding from every room -- including the garage! You can easily access the beach, spend the afternoon enjoying the spectacular view from the deck, or just read a book in the Jacuzzi tub. The home is spotless and the owners are friendly and easy to work with. We love this place and look forward to staying here again during our next visit.

  There is everything to love about this house. Kelly takes great care of it, you can tell from the moment you walk in. Ocean views from every room are spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck and the stars at night were amazing! If you like tide pools they're right outside your door. A short, not too steep walk and you're on the beach. Or walk down the street a minute or so and you've got access to a beach that is more flat and sandy. The kitchen has everything you need except a good wine cork and I'll bet after Kelly reads this, she will take care of that! Everything is new. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses, something I really appreciate after spending a long day of crabbing on the Alsea Bay in Waldport that is 5 miles south. And if you have to have an internet connection you've got it. The house has wifi. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. You will not be disappointed with this home.

  We stayed in this magnificant house for several nights and wished it could have been many more! The views from every room are unbelivable and you just can't get enough of them. We were there in both rain and shine and still, mother nature was spectacular. There is an absolutely gorgeous beach a short walk down the road -- perfect for running or walking and mostly deserted. You'll find everything you need in the house. Our only complaints (and they are small ones) is that we wished the house had a better set of knives in the kitchen for cooking and that there was a table for use outside so we could dine out on one of the decks. Drive into Newport, go to Local Seafood, pick out some local freash fish and grill it out for dinner one evening -- heaven! We can't wait to come back!!! Thank you!

Unfortunately an outside dining table is just not feasible for our location with the decks overhanging the ocean, and windows on all Oceanside walls, it would both block your unbelievable indoor views and simply blow away if not bolted to the deck!   If the view were all that this Seal Rock house had going for it, I'd probably still rate it as Excellent. However, it's so much more. Everything we wanted in a vacation rental was there. - Comfortable places to sit - a reclinining sofa - A very nice, functional kitchen - High Def Direct TV with a DVR - Comfortable beds - A spacious garage for parking as well as unloading the vehicle and storing things like golf clubs that don't need to be in the house. All in all, and excellent value, and Kelly was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

  THIS HOUSE HAS TO BE THE BEST LOCATION IN THE AREA. THE OCEANFRONT IS UNBELIEVABLE. WE WE'RE IMPRESSED THAT IT WAS SO CLEAN AND THE OWNERS HAVE PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAILS. WE MOST DEFINATELY WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN UPSCALE PEACEFUL SLICE OF HEAVEN THIS IS IT!! PS THE OWNERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. ENJOY

  This is hands down, the best coast vacation I have ever had. I have stayed in many luxury rentals and this was by far the ultimate relaxing vacation. The house is immaculate, comfortable and very inviting. The views are truly phenomenal! Easy beach access, very private, perfect for every activity you could imagine. It has it all. The owners were very gracious, attentive and provided above and beyond what one would expect! I would love to return! If you are looking for a place where you can unwind and de-stress in the ultimate surroundings both indoors and out, look no further!

  My husband and I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years and this house is by far one of the best! The house is new and well designed with fabulous ocean views from every window. We found it very clean and welcoming. The directions to the house and various instructions within the house were detailed and easily followed. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated the basics such as flour, sugar and coffee. We ate lots of local fresh produce and fish. If you get a chance to go to the farmer's market, we highly recommend it. We walked on the beach daily and explored many, many tide pools. We were even lucky enough to watch a whale spy hop from the comfort of the couch! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and will definitely be back!

  My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at this house in Seal Rock the last week of July. My first trip to the Oregon coast. From the second we opened the front door we were so thrilled. The view from the livingroom and kitchen is awesone. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the ocean which can be seen while reading or cooking or just hanging out. I loved listening to the ocean. The livingroom has a huge TV and gas fireplace for cool evenings to get cozy and relax. Downstairs the master bedroom is spectacular with jacuzzi and the second room so comfortable. again a deck the width of the house. There is a second washroom totally equipped. The owners, Kelly and Dana have not missed a detail in the entire house. The decor is so beautiful making for a great vacation. The beach access was minutes away and made for great long walks at various times of day. Exploring the towns nearby was also alot of fun. Not that we left the house often. No need. We didn't want to leave and will be back for sure next year. I have not relaxed and enjoyed a vacation more than I did this year. Great memories. Many thanks.

  This was our party's first time to the Oregon coast, and everyone loved it! The house is brand new, and it is evident that the owner's take pride in keeping the place looking and feeling new. The nice kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and squishy carpet were all perks to enjoy. Every room in the house has an unprecedented view of sunsets. The location is central to some hiking and sand dunes south by Florence, and beautiful Drift Creek Falls by Lincoln City. The beach is amazing, and feels like a private beach from the sparse foot traffic. We saw seals, starfish, and many other amazing sea life. Good thing we all had digital cameras to capture the plant/animal life on the rocks, otherwise we would have run out of film! The owners were pleasant to work with, and even offered us extra information that well above and beyond what we were asking for. We appreciated every moment we were at the house, and would love to come back again.

  We stayed at this house at Seal Rock mid-June. The house is wonderful. It is new, clean, beautifully decorated, well organized and the views are amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were all (even the teen boys) impressed with this house. I would recommend highly. The beach below the house has tide pools where we spent many hours watching from above and exploring from the beach. A short walk down the road we spent many more hours playing in the sandy beach to the south. One of our favorite places in the house were the big decks overlooking the sea where we watched whales, seals and the tides. We hope to spend more days at this amazing property again next year!

  We have stayed at many places along the Oregon Coast, and none of them can rival the view of this lovely home! While you are there, you enjoy that view from every room in the house - the great room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, hall - even the garage! The location is perfect! You feel out there in your own seacoast wonderland, and yet shopping, restaurants, fishing, hiking, and other sights and entertainment are minutes away. The home itself is very pretty, well appointed, comfortable - and all so new! Beautifully cared for, the owners obviously take great pride in this property --- in addition they are delightful, and very helpful. You will find yourself blessed should you take the opportunity to spend a holiday in this wonderful vacation spot. We certainly shall return!

  First of all, the view from the garage is better than anywhere else we have ever stayed on the Oregon coast! Wherever you are on the top floor, when you look towards the west at all the big windows, all you can see is ocean. It gives the feeling that you are floating above the ocean. The house looks like it is brand new, still smells new. Master suite is very nice, Jacuzzi is great, great views of the ocean and rocks and a big glass door on to deck, comfy bed. The living room is great with big TV, comfy couch and chair and fireplace. We have already booked another weekend, can't wait.
