This newly remodeled three story home, located in the heart of La Jolla and minutes from the beach, boasts five large bedrooms, each with its own exquisite views. The master suite (king bed) is full of windows, includes its own private deck and breakfast room, and bathroom with double shower, spa tub and breathtaking views of the ocean.

Walk down the long hallway, lined with tall bookshelves on one side and windows to the backyard on the other, and you will find three large bedrooms (two queen beds and three twin beds), each individually decorated, spacious and sun-filled and with bathroom. (There is also a guest suite 5th bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom on the second floor. See below).

Walk down the stairway in the midst of the sweeping, 45-foot high atrium, and arrive at the dining room - replete with its own glorious views. There is a large dining room table with plenty of room for a large family or group of friends and colleagues. To the right of the dining room is a beautiful, brand-new custom-built kitchen with wooden cabinetry, granite counter tops, and plenty of room and cooking supplies for a feast! Enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning paper at the breakfast bar, or on one of the three decks that face the ocean.

Or, take a seat on one of the large comfy couches in the TV room and settle in to watch a DVD on a 60-inch large screen television. Walk outside the French doors to the back deck - perfect for a summer BBQ. The second floor of this home also boasts a private guest suite, with a queen bed and its own private bathroom (one of three in the house).

Go down about six steps, and right next to the 45-foot atrium you will find the most heavenly room in the house: an enormous living room with windows that stretch on forever. From here, you have a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean, just minutes away. The living room also contains a prominent fireplace, two large couches, two large chairs with ottomans, and two tables.

Walk down the stairs from the living room, pass an outdoor lighted atrium full of plants, and several pieces of original art on the walls, to find the spacious entryway. Outside the entryway is a private two car garage with plenty of room for your vehicles.
