Our 2nd floor unit has tiled floors in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. For your convenience, we have a stacked washer and dryer as well. Very tastefully decorated, you will want to relax in the spacious living room or cook up the day's catch in the well-equipped kitchen. This condo also offers ample parking and a cute little balcony to enjoy the sea breezes.
Our complex offers many amenities including 2 pools, a workout room, laundry facilities, club house, private beach area and deep water boat dock.
We are close to downtown Panama City and just over the bridge from the bustling Panama City Beach scene. Many terrific restaurants are nearby, some within walking distance, as well as 2 marinas. The fishing is fabulous year-round, however,if you don't want to fish, there are plenty of shops to find that perfect treasure.
The folks here are so friendly and accomodating - you won't meet a stranger - only make lasting friendships in this quaint little oasis!

We were really happy with this place. The owner was great when asking any questions. The place was very family friendly and quiet. We were very pleased with all the people that were staying there when we were there. Many of them were permenant residents and they were all very nice. We were very happy overall and will stay there again if we ever go back to Panama City!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I rented this unit for our annual Christmas trip for me and my two adventurous teens to beat the Indiana Winter and see what we could explore....It was a very cozy unit with all the amenities of home...We were approximately five to twenty minutes from all the adventure you could have in St. Andrews Bay in seven days... We were nearly in the middle of everything you would want to site see... The unit is a walk away from the most amazing private beach and everyday we were there walking on it we saw a different surprise of live marine life... The "Townies" were all very kind, helpful and informative... They were all very knowledgeable about the History of the area and all the most important places to see while we were there... The Pool was very clean and inviting although it was a little too chilly to think about swimming...We took our pug who was also very welcome and the area was pet friendly, mut mits and all...The Bay is beautiful day and night and its only a two minute walk to the beach...The lot is very well groomed, amazingly clean and manicured... And most of all quiet and relaxing... This area isn't for partiers or big families so its perfect for a single family, romantic getaway, and a Photographers playground...My kids and I enjoyed the entire time we spent there touring and resting in the unit... Thank you greatly to the Stafford Family for allowing us the opportunity to stay in a home away from home... Recommendations: Uncle Ernie's Restaurant..Bayou Joe's Restaurant...St. Andrews Marina , St. Andrews Bay Ferry, sabferry.com, St. Andrews State Park, And Pier Park for the Dog Owners... and more if you just keep your eyes open...Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We chose the quaint Saint Andrews area for the family friendly atmosphere, the fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and yet close enough to the craziness of Panama City Beach for the kids to go play.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our small condominium complex has many amenities. The private beach with cushioned lounges, the fishing around the seawall and docks, the two pools and clubhouse - so much to enjoy! We enjoy boating in both the bay and the gulf and the fishing is unbelievable year round! The bay is also a great place to kayak, snorkel and swim. Nearby, we have many fabulous restaraunts and shops all within a short walk from our unit. The Saturday farmers market at the St Andrews Marina is an event too!
