Brand new studio inside of Parque Lleras. Right outside your apartment is all the bars, restaurants and clubs that is Parque Lleras. The apartment is located with inside a hotel, but it's not like the other rooms. This apartment has two AC units, hot tub, terrace, king bed, washer dryer combo, wifi, 50 inch plasma, ipod dock, brand new kitchen and bathroom, plus wall safe. Everything the solo traveler would want.
When the studio isn´t booked we are doing $38-dollars including cleaning for six hour stay. This is perfect for when in between a check out and a flight.

This is my 7th project in Medellin Colombia, the combination of Ruben and myself have made for a great team. This apartment was needed for our inventory. People were constantly calling looking for the apartment for the single traveler. This was our answer to that making sure that every wish list item was included as well. I am devoted to my work and my two girls. I am so lucky to be able to do what I love to do.
