We are so excited to share our home with you, nestled on the upper bench of Heritage Hills, 10 minutes south of Penticton.
Enjoy the spectacular views of Skaha Lake from the large front deck or lake and mountain views from the private unique backyard. Relax around the salt water pool and hot tub with ample seating to enjoy a family dinner or a glass of local wine.
The large front deck is accessed from the kitchen , family room or from the French doors in the dining room, perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset after dinner.
The Master bed room has a queen bed, walk in closet and day lounge, overlooking the pool area , The master ensuite is a 4 piece with a tub and seperate shower. The 2nd queen bedroom on the main floor has a full bath.
The entry level features the pool table room with treadmill and the media room with bar and games table, 52' TV with surround sound. Couches are so comfy,a snooze might be in order.
The large 3rd bedroom is off the pool table room and there is a bathroom off the media room.
We share the mountain with many deer and Big Horn sheep please drive with care as the fawns are everywhere!

My family really enjoyed a fabulous 10 day vacation in the Okanagan Valley; sipping our morning coffees over looking Skaha Lake with the local deer wildlife nibbling local vegetation was unbeatable. The house itself was great and the owners were accessible for any questions we had. My full endorsement for this beautiful retreat 15 minutes from Penticton and 10 minutes from Okanagan Falls. A quick drive to the Golden Mile in Oliver for the best wineries the area has to offer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Great place and great owners. Spacious for all 8 of us to enjoy being together yet having our own space as well. The accomodations are very comfortable. The location is great ... views, proximity to the various venues all with a little seclusion. We came for our daughter's wedding. What a great place! Beautiful views of the surrounding hills and beautiful Skaha Lake below. Loved the pool and pool deck the most, lots of sun and then a quick dip in the pool to refresh. The accommodation was spacious an immaculately clean. The group of us weren't on top of each other all the time, and the pool table and Media Room were wonderful spots to find some seclusion. The property is far enough from town to be quiet and low key, but close enough to to be able to hit the beaches, Channel or restaurants within a few minutes. There is even a winery right down the hill. Definitely the spot for your summer vacation. It has everything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Penticton:
We love the seclusion and privacy of the area, very quiet residential area. The backyard is up against the mountain rock face with only crown land behind so we have no one lobehind our property.
The Unique Benefits at this Bed And Breakfast:
We are very close to Penticton but have complete privacy and quiet. At night the stars are bright with out the interference of city lights. The only sounds are the occasional frogs & crickets.
