Water provided, you are responsible for all other utilities. The Boulder Canyon community is very safe and quiet, providing the perfect place to get away from the city. The condo was definitely as advertised. Perfect for one or two people. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with anything you need. Sarah's parents were close by to help if necessary. We loved the location! Groceries, restaurants, and many trails for hiking right there. Other parks, Kitt Peak, and Tucson a short drive away. I would recommend this condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I bought this condo after I graduated from college in 2007. I grew up in Tucson and went to high school in Oro Valley. I loved the Oro Valley area and all it had to offer. I lived in this beautiful condo for three years. In 2010, I moved to Wisconsin to be closer to my now husband. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
