This beautifully designed, very high-end, three bedroom, three bath, condo is on the second floor of a recently built building that contains only three units. It has its own private garage and there is an elevator and a grand staircase that leads to this condo.
The open living room, kitchen, dining area, and deck overlook a beautiful duck pond which is full of wildlife year-round. The view to the mountains and Bear Creek canyon is unimpeded. There is a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and built-in stereo in this living area.
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms contain queens. All bedrooms have their own private marble baths and if the middle bedroom is not being used, the master has two bathrooms with private access, making a 'his' and 'hers'. All the baths are stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hairdryers. Our linens and towels are of very high quality are not allowed to become 'tired'. Along with the living room, the master and one of the queen bedrooms have flat screen TVs with the full array of cable channels, including HBO.
This condo is located within easy walking distance of all Telluride's best restaurants and shops and the gondola is only four blocks away. Although not far by foot, the gondola can also be reached by a shuttle bus that stops in front of our building. For all this convenience, there is unsurpassed peace and quite to be had since there are no bars or restaurants in our building or adjacent. We are a block away from our main street, thereby avoiding the late night noise and ensuring a better night's sleep.

About the owner: My husband, Mike, is a real estate broker and attorney and I am a designer. We have lived in Telluride for 20 years in a house just a few blocks from our condo. We bought the condo when it was under construction even though we didn't plan on living in it for a number of years. We fell in love with the views, location, and layout of this unit. We upgraded the already top notch appointments, like adding wide-plank wood flooring to all the rooms and covering the walls with Venetian plaster, among other things. Because we chose and designed this condo to be our forever residence once we decide to downsize out of our house, I feel the quality of this condo is better than the great majority of rentals available in Telluride.
