Villa Maris is a beautiful, 2200 square foot pool home that is located next to the entrance to Coral Oaks Golf Course. This home was orginally used as the builder's model home so it has all the upgrades you could possibly want. The solar heated salt water pool is surrounded by lush palms giving you total seclusion and serenity. Relax in the chaise lounges or floating in the pool. The lanai also has an outdoor kitchen! Formal living room and master bedroom have a marble fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with granite counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large master bathroom features a separate soaking tub with jets, wall mounted TV and walk around shower. The family room is equipped with 3D TV, cable including HBO, Blue Ray DVD and surround sound. The family room, living room and master bedroom all have slider access to the lanai, feature high ceilings, tile and bamboo floors. All new furniture and linens in 2011. Our property manager is available for any needs during your stay.

Just 10 minutes drive to Matlacha and a few more minutes to Pine Island where you will find art galleries, fishing charters and seaside restaurants.
A short 15 minutes drive will get you to the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral where you will find a public beach, fishing pier and seaside patio restaurant and bar. It's a great place to enjoy the sunset and live music.
Drive 30-45 minutes to the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the barrier islands of Sannibel and Captiva. These islands are famous for fine shelling and Nature Reserve of Ding Darling. Also along the shoreline you will find the State Park of Lover's Key, rated as a Top 10 Beach in the US by the Travel Channel.
You can also venture out to Orlando, Disney & Universal or Miami, Fort Lauderdale and even the Florida Keys, all only 2-4 hours drive away.

Excellent accommodations for a great price! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The house was beautifully furnished and had all of the comforts one could need. Our children had their own space and enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool was gorgeous and we constantly used it while there. The outdoor living space was perfect for entertaining some of our local friends. The house was within easy driving distance to beaches and other fun attractions. Would love to live there if we could. Will definitely go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed a wonderful visit at this home! The home is very clean and beautifully decorated with new furnishings, comfortable beds and linens, equipped kitchen and outdoor furnishings. There are many thoughtful touches throughout -- like high thread-count sheets, nice towels, pool lounge chairs, tvs in the bedrooms, alarm clocks, wine openers, etc. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The saltwater pool is gorgeous! It is surrounded by really nice landscaping and is very private. There is also a great outdoor cooking area and table and chairs on the lanai. They even had dinnerware, glassware, etc for use outside. My husband is golf player so he liked the fact that the house is virtually next door to the golf course and he was able to play three mornings of our five-day stay. He also charted a boat nearby and went tarpon fishing. Although the house isn't "on the beach", you can drive to Captiva or Sanibel beaches very easily. Those are some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. The owner had beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for us to use. We spent one morning at the Darling National Wildlife Refuge and got to see a mantee very close up. You can also rent kayaks to explore the refuge by water. I also really enjoyed the little island of Matlacha with its cute shops and artists' galleries. It is a very short drive. There are also several fun places to eat there. Although we stayed at the house with just one other couple, it would be great for a family. The owners are very nice and made our stay so enjoyable. Great spot for a relaxing vacation! We look forward to visiting again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
