The owner was delightful to work with. He was very responsive. The unit is beautiful. It is updated and very clean. It is very spacious. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Gorgeous views. Hope to stay here again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

What makes the condo appealing are the prime location, scenic views (ocean and bay), spacious rooms, and amenities (complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, cable TV, indoor & outdoor pools, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis court, volleyball court, Tiki bar, nearby restaurants and stores). I have been going to Ocean City, Maryland for several years now and I really like staying at the Golden Sands. It has everything you can ask for. It is right on the beach with great views, tiki bar, indoor and outdoor pool, volleyball, tennis, gym, sauna, pool tabls, grocery store, bakery, arcade, and so much more. It is also close to great restaurants,across the street from a movie theater, and places with live music. The only problem is all of the units are individually owned so you never know when they last updated. We rented this unit in August and it was perfect for my family. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen, large ocean front and bay front balconies with a great view from the 20th floor. It also has flat screen TV's in every room. My brother and his wife joined us for a few days and there was plenty of room. Everything we needed was right there. Go down the elevator, walk out on the deck and you are on the beach. There are great resaturants everywhere around. We saved money by cooking breakfast and lunch. I have stayed at several condos in the area including 3 others at the Golden sands. This unit was the nicest so far and it was very clean. I have already requested this condo for my family vacation next year. I have also recommended it to friends and family. The pictures on the site really do not do the place justice. I was a little leary about renting directly from the owner, but am very happy that I did. The owner was very nice and very responsive to all of my questions. If you have young kids, I would highly recommend you take a short ride over to Assateague Island and check out the wild ponies, beaches, nature trails, kayaking, and host of other activities.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway.
