Beware of this property! The location is great, and the pictures are accurate, but the apartment was NOT very clean, and the most unacceptable part is that the beautiful refrigerator DID NOT work. We arrived on a Friday, and I had no response from the owner/manager until Monday when the answer I received was, "That refrigerator needs to be replaced. You should use the refrigerator in the apartment on the 5th flloor." By then, our food had spoiled, and I asked for an adjustment in the rent for the money we had lost. I received no adjustment for this MAJOR breach, and it took several emails and three full weeks to receive my security deposit. There were dead flowers on the counter, the smell of garbage in the air, and less than ideal conditions. Stay elsewhere!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 22/22
