This rental was a perfect place for my children, fiance and I. We have a toddler, and staying in a hotel wasn't an option as he would have been miserable. We were able to go to Whole Foods right down the street, grab some groceries for the week, and put everything in the refrigerator and cook as needed. The owner was even kind enough to leave us a playpen and high chair. The condo was spacious and central and we had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Terrific place for a long-term stay! We like it because it's easy to get on the freeway, there are nice places to eat nearby, or if we decide to eat in, there are plenty of stores around.Comfortable and quiet, the place is well-maintained - I highly recommend this place.Did you find this review helpful? My family (including a toddler and an infant) just took a trip to AZ to visit family. I choose this rental because I wanted all of us to have our own bedrooms. (My toddler does not sleep well in hotels, especially if she shares a room with us.) This townhouse was perfect for us! It was very comfortable and plenty spacious for our family of four! (Not to mention the incredible nightly rental rate.) I really enjoyed that each room had a ceiling fan of it's own, as well as A/C. The furnishings were very comfortable (the towels were very nice and plush) and accommodating. My daughter enjoyed that there was cable, Nick Jr. We also made a quick trip to the pool, and found that nice. The townhouse was a great home away from home. The owner was very prompt and efficient in answering any and all concerns/issues we had. We would absolutely come back and rent again, and recommend it to anyone else!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I moved to the Valley of the Sun from Nebraska in 1998 and love taking advantage of all the Phoenix area has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Tempe:
This townhouse was the first home I purchased so it holds a special place in my heart. I love the central location and the fact that the easy freeway access makes it convenient to get to anywhere in the valley.
