Nautical decorated double-wide, oak shaded lot with two seperate carports. Large family room with fireplace, leather reclining sofas and futon (fabric), chairs and cable tv.
View of canal from kitchen and back porch. Kitchen is fully supplied. Master bedroom has queen memory foam mattress and tv. Second bedroom has full size bed. Third bedroom has full-twin bunkbed.
Our canal is a short distance to Homosassa River which leads west to the gulf for fishing and diving or east to the springs for swimming and manatee watching. The river is great for cannoeing also.
Restaurants, shopping and a large flea market are nearby..The Homosassa Wildlife Park is very near and Weeki Wachee attraction is 20 min,.away.

About the owner: My husband has a busy and demanding job so we love to get away to our retreat as often as possible. We like to fish, scallop, canoe go to the springs and the flea market. Also ,relax.
