House is very spacious and clean. It's close to everything. Nightly rates are the best part. I dare anyone to find a better deal in the area. We enjoyed our stay in January and will make this our go to rental in the area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The house was perfect for us (well, for two it actually was a little large!). It was very clean and had comfortable furniture to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast & snacks. And, I liked that Karen & Michael would donate unopened food to the local meals-on-wheels. They were so accomodating while we were there! Very unobtrusive, but at the same time helpful when we needed it. The property is 2 minutes to everything yet a VERY quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Certainly a value for your rental dollars. Hope to see you both again soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I recently returned from a 3 day, 2-night stay at this great home in North Conway. I would strongly recommend this house to any family. It was very clean and well-maintained. There's a spacious living room area where we gathered at night to relax, play games and talk. There were 6 adults and 2 young children (2 years old) in our group and it fit us great. Upon arrival, we did have to discuss who would sleep in the one full-size bed since the rest of the beds are bunks. But since we are a younger family, it wasn't too much of a problem. The two full bathrooms were extremely clean and great for our big family. The only reasons for not giving the full 5 star rating were because of the fact that there were no bathtubs (for little ones) and the kitchen (dining) table was extremely small and when we wanted to eat together, most of us were standing around the kitchen. Also the bed situation. The location of the house is amazing! We never had to drive more than 5 minutes to anything! If it hadn't been winter, we would have walked to stores and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful, affordable home for a great visit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
