A few blocks from Glendale Blvd. which is main street with shops, restaurants, gyms, yoga, farmers market, cafes, clubs, etc... Convenient to I-5 , 110 and 2 freeways for easy access to anywhere in California. 5 minutes to Glendale or Silverlake, Giffith Park also very close. 15 minutes to Hollywood. 15 minutes from Downtown and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Quiet little community becoming very popular for first time Buyers. Mostly a single family area, with very little large income properties. These houses are built in 1920's and 30's so expect charcter not a new house.

The Unique Benefits at this House: This property is very pet and children friendly. There is a beautiful small public park for the children about 8 houses down. This location feels secluded even though it is in a quaint residential neighborhood. Only a couple of stairs so perfect for elderly or disabled. Smoking outside only,
