The Fall is the nicest time of year at the beach - the crowds are gone, the water is still warm, and the shops and restaurants are open. Also, Rehoboth hosts some fun Festivals during the Fall, such as Jazz Festival, Sea Witch Festival (Halloween), Chocolate Festival and more. In addition to the various festivals and events in Rehoboth, you can return to Unit #105 at Star of the Sea to enjoy the quiet and relaxing display from Mother Nature. Enjoying the dophins as they make their daily run up and down the beachfront; perhaps some surf fishing or just enjoy the wave action. There's no better way to enjoy Mother Nature than spending a week on the oceanfront. Located on the second floor of the building, you will wake up to the sunrise and can enjoy your coffee on the balcony.
Unit #105 is fully equipped for your vacation pleasures. Even in the Fall, the sun is bright and beach is warm, so for your comfort a beach umbrella and chairs are available, along with two Cruiser bicycles for your pleasure. As well, for those bad weather days, there's a comprehensive DVD/VCR library. The shower with personal body spa system will massage the sore muscles after a morning jog or bike ride on the Boardwalk. Park your car and walk to town for restaurants, shopping, and everything else unique to Rehoboth Beach. I take pride is continously updating my condo; the king sized Murphy bed, queen sized sleep sofa were new in 2008; in 2009 new kitchen cabinets, all new flooring, as well as other extras ,in 2010 I replaced the window treatements and this year we have a new 42" HD/Plasma TV. Free WI-FI is available for you.
You need do nothing more than walk out of the building to be directly on the boardwalk and the beach. Enjoy an early morning walk on the beach or try your hand at surf fishing.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It may not be unique, but what I enjoy the most is that I can park my car in the underground secured garage and not move it again until it's time to leave. Restaurants, stores, shops, and unlimited sports and exercise opportunities are right there. BUT - the best - is leaving the blinds and balcony door open so I can wake up to the sunrise; take my coffee on the balcony and watch the dophine parade and know that the worst day at the beach is still better than the best day in the office.

We had a great time at the beach. This condo was terrific. I love all the drawer space and especially the spacious bathroom. We definatley found our home away from home. Loved it and will be back to 105 next year!!
