This spacious 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge is newly remodeled inside & out, affordable and comfortable. We feature a full gourmet kitchen, quality furnishings, fine linens, outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and free WiFi. We are located just 200 yards from the high-speed Quicksilver Chair Lift at Breckenridge ski area, a mere 5 minute walk to some of Summit County's best skiing and riding.
Access to the Free Ride, Summit Stage, Ice Skating, the Village, and dining and shopping on Main Street are within only a few minute walk. After a big day of skiing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, or biking, curl up in front of a cozy crackling wood fire or enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs right across the parking lot. Our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen contains everything you need to cook a great meal (except for the food!). The rustic mountain feel is sure to make your vacation simply perfect!
Stay in touch with the world on 2 flat screen cable TV's, DVD player, free WiFi, and listen to your tunes while on vacation via USB connection to the stereo system in the living room and bedroom. A 5-10 minute stroll to downtown / Main St provides access to the best shopping and dining Breckenridge has to offer!
Located 100 miles from Denver International Airport, 84 miles from downtown Denver, and 100 miles from Boulder, the town of Breckenridge is an authentic Colorado Mountain Town that greets you with it's charm, laid-back vibe, and modern amenities. We hope you enjoy your stay.
PAYMENT METHODS: We currently accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and eChecks. A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation, 50% is due 60 days prior to your stay, 50% is due 20 days prior to your stay. No refunds 20 days prior to stay unless we rebook reserved dates. Rate does not include tax (+ 11.68%). 4 night minimum stay is required during peak times: Christmas & New Year's. 3 night minimum stay is required for MLK, President's Day, and March Madness. Less than 3 night stay will require a $75 cleaning fee.

We loved this cozy place. The condo was very nice and true to pictures. It truly is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift & town. We had snow a couple of days so the skiing and weather was awesome. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. The owner is very helpful. Thanks for opening up your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo is great, exactly as described. It is well maintained, and has everything we needed for a great ski vacation. It is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift & main street restaurants. Very helpful owner.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here over New Years, it was a wonderful place, all the amenities you could ask for, close proximity to town and the slopes. This place truly is warm and cozy and perfect for a mountain getaway. The weekend itself was wonderful but truly made just that much better by the warmth of sitting nestled by the fire and enjoying the snow falling outside. We look forward to staying here again if timing and availability work out.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in August. Breckenridge is beautiful in August! The condo was clean, comfortable, recently remodeled, and very close walking distance to many activities. We enjoyed walking along the river and hiking up Breckenridge ski area. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and found the area very quiet. We'd recommend this property to our friends and family who want to get away as well.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We chose to purchase this condo in the heart of Breckenridge because of it's proximity to a wide variety of mountain activities. We love that you can park your car when you arrive and get all over town by foot or via the Free Ride. We also love the short commute to more fabulous skiing at nearby resorts such as Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, and Keystone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
After a long day of hiking or skiing, we love to use the pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Afterwards, we cook dinner, enjoy the fire, listen to great music and relax.
