  We have not one bad thing to say about this condo or resort- we are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room. The condo was extrememly clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. I loved the fact there was a movie theater since it rained most of our trip : ( When we visit PCB again in the future, we would love to come back and stay at this condo!! Thank you again : )

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  The Origin at Seahaven is a wonderful place to stay. We went during spring break, and if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing condo this is the place to go! Upon arrival, the room was spotless and ready to go. We had no issues whatsoever, and the trip went by without a hitch! Jason is very professional, and goes out of his way to accommodate his guests. He even let us check in early at the last minute which we all greatly appreciated! The location of the condo could not be more perfect, with Sharky's and one of Panama's beautiful beaches directly across the street. We also enjoyed the large balcony with breathtaking views from our condo. I really can't say enough to describe how awesome our experience was with Jason and Panama City Beach Luxury Properties. If we venture out to PCB again (which of course we will!), we will definitely be in touch to rent another one of your amazing condos!

  We really really really enjoyed this condo!!! It was close to most all of the attractions. The pier is a short walk from the condo even though we drove. Parking was excellent at the pier. We particularly enjoyed Sharkys just across the street. The condo was perfect. Nice and clean. The view was awesome! We particularly enjoyed waking up and seeing the view from our balcony. We will be visiting this condo again this summer. Jason was also nice to work with. Looking forward to coming back!!! Diane & Lonnie

  The condo overlooks the beautiful emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Panama City Beach as well as Front Beach road.This is a great condo! We’ve stayed in many different condos at Seahaven, and this is by far our favorite. By booking with Jason, you get a great deal on the price, as well as a clean, beautiful condo without check in hassle! The room is located on the “sunset” side of the building with an unobstructed view of the sunset, just in case you’re in the condo at that magical time of day. The layout of the condo is great, with the bed and living area all overlooking the beach, while the kitchen and dining area are open and easy to move around in. Unlike other condos, this one has been designed with comfort and style in mind, making for a great vacation destination on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches!
