Found this Origin condo 4 days prior to arrival. The location was ideal for our visit. My husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and was excited about attending the 15th Annual Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The view from the condo was breathtaking and virtually quiet which created a great, peaceful evening. We would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family. We will seek out this condo again for next year's festival!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

I arrived at the condo the last week of spring break April 3rd -7th. The condo at a keypad entry that was wonderful and easy to use. The pictures are exactly what you will see when you enter the condo. Jason and Dustin are easy to work!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at 716 Origin. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The weather was absolutely perfect- warm, sunny days, not too hot and a bit cool at night. Makes me want to skip June/July beach trips and wait until October. Owner replied promptly to the few questions we had upon arrival. Love that there is no key or key card to keep up with- key pad makes getting in a breeze. The condo is clean and neat with suitable furnishings- not a lot of clutter, just the basics. Owner clearly explained details in an email prior to arrival- parking, entry into condo, check-out instructions, etc. Our only complaint about our stay was that we had no idea it was Thunder Beach Rally aka Bike Week. There was a lot more traffic than we anticipated, and it was so very loud all day wherever we went. It was especially annoying when we were trying to fall asleep at night. Wow! Note to self ...check Internet before booking a trip- find out what events are in town.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed at Origen Seahaven Unit 716 for Memorial Day weekend 5/26 - 5/28. Booking was easy and the price was well worth it. The unit was exactly as described. A clean, nicely decorated unit over looking the pool and with a nice partial ocean view. The beach is literally right across the street. Bedroom and bathrooms were larger than expected and the large closets were nice as well. We loved the fact that there is no check-in line since you just get your code go straight to your room. Parking can be an issue during crowded periods (like holidays). Origen is conveniently located not far from Pier Park (about 3 mins) so food, shopping & entertainment are easy to get to.
