This new spacious townhome is beautifully decorated and will provide a cheerful, comfortable 'home away from home' during your visit to Ouray. A bright and cheerful sun room with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains creates the perfect way to start your day with a steaming cup of coffee or wind down with a mellow glass of wine.
The large modern kitchen and open concept living room, provides a wonderful setting for family or group get-togethers.
The townhome sleeps up to 8 with a king bed, 2 queens, and 2 twins. The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen. There is a full bath with tub/shower combination also located on the main floor.
The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two twins. There is a larger bath located on this floor, with two sinks and a tub/shower combination.
If you like to soak in the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool, or if you have children in your party who like to swim, the pool is just across the street.
If you enjoy walking, you can stroll to the many shops, galleries and restaurants in the historic town of Ouray.

This is the place to stay in Ouray; located conveniently across the road from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. The townhouse is beautiful, immaculately clean, and very spacious. It is so wonderfully decorated and has a feeling of being at home. The fireplace added warmth and ambiance during our snowy get-away. We absolutely loved the sunroom that overlook the town and the hot springs. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone who wants to stay in Ouray, and be nestled right up against the mountains. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Ouray!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We stayed in Ouray for 4 days and enjoyed our stay immensely. The townhouse was updated and very comfortable. Spectacular views from the enclosed porch! Permier location right across the street fom the hot springs pool and visitor center. Also, the Perimeter trail can be found right behind the house for those who like to hike. Downtown Ouray is within walking distance...about 1/4 mile away. We enjoyed hiking on several sections of the Perimeter trail and just hanging out at the townhouse and over at the hot springs pool. A great vacation spot.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We stayed for two weeks and the unit was in exceptional shape and the management company was very helpful and professional. The location across from the Hot Springs and park was very convenient. Most of all we loved sitting in the sun room looking out the floor to ceiling windows in wonderment of the sheer beauty of Ouray's mountain setting. It was a great experience and where we stayed could not have been better. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a week in Ouray, CO and staying in the Sky Rocket Town Home. I am still an awe of the property. It was utterly perfect and the location is equally perfect. Located at the edge of Ouray and directly across the street from the world famous Ouray Hot Spring Pool. We hated to leave. We traveled on Motorcycle from southern AZ and having access to a large two car garage was great. The home is extrememly well furnished and the million dollar views from the main living area are breathless. We will be making future arrangements to stay at this property, Yes It's that goodRecommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our family stayed in Ouray at this townhouse for a weekend. This is a brand new townhouse and is in a perfect location right across from the hot springs. We hiked on the trail that starts right behind the property. The kids enjoyed walking up the trail which ends at a waterfall. We walked across the street to the hot springs pool and had a great time there. There are a lot of shops and restaurants located within walking and driving distance. The townhouse is very comfortable with all new fixtures and nicely furnished. The views from the sunroom are spectacular. Would recommend this property to everyone. We will be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
