  We stayed at the condo for 4 relaxing days. Condo was great - very quiet, and comfortable. A quick walk down to the Malecon. You will need to catch a cab to haul groceries & water as it is a steep uphill climb. There is a huge patio with a hammock - what a view!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  This was the right accomodation for us, right from our first contact with the owner (Rex), tp our pick up from the airport and to our first look at the condo! Even with two adults and two teens, it was spacious, comfortable, and provided for all of our needs. The option to have our fridge pre-stocked was the best decision ever! I highly recommend that service offered. Any questions or issues were promptly addressed by the property management company, and it was a pleasant surprise to have Rex check in with us to ensure that all was resolved satisfactorily. The condo is perfectly situated for a breath taking view, and a quick walk to the beach or to the Malecon and Old Town. We made frequent use of the full kitchen, and the washer/drier and all worked very well. The condo, the pool area, the building generally and area surrounding were very well kept. We had no concerns with cleanliness or safety. I would recommend this condo without hesitation, and would stay here again on our next visit to PV.

  If you are looking for a wonderful condo in the heart of PV look no further. My wife and I have vacationed in PV many times, and have stayed in some very nice places. This condo has Everything one could desire at very reasonable rates. If it's your first time to Puerta Vallarta have no fear., the condo, property and location are all very safe. If you have questions about what to see, where to go or places to eat Rex the owner of the condo is an expert and loves sharing his expertise. Rex was absolutly wonderful to work with. Any questions I had were answered promptly, he even offered to have his property manager pick us up at the airport. Wow. The condo itself is beautiful. My wife and I travel very often in the states as well as Europe and always use VRBO, at times our experiences didn't live up to our expectations. This condo exceeded them. If you think the pictures of the condo and propery look good on the website wait until you see it in person! It isn't anything like a cookie cutter time share, it has a real mexican decor/ charm that is very well done. It feels like a very nice and warm home. I could go on and on. The details as stated on the wesite are right on. This is a small condo complex, which was nice. The guests we met at the pool were warm and friendly and the pool is quite large and heated. All in all a great vacation experience. We can't wait to return. You won't be dissapointed.

  I have best memories of fun vacation at this place. I have stayed at this place twice. Once with my family, and the second time with my lady friends and both times loved Puerto Vallarta. The place is large enough to accommodate two families. The first time we went there along with another family and was roomy enough. The neighborhood is nice and walking distance to the beach. The balcony has an absolutely gorgeous view and is perfect for individual meditation or eating and playing cards in a family circle which we enjoyed a lot. The place is tastefully decorated in every minute detail with the finest Mexican crafs: I enjoyed drinking my tea in a hand painted Mexican ceramic cup! We did not speak Spanish and were not familiar with the area, but still felt at home and had no problem getting around by calling a cab. For example, when we needed to purchase certain clothing items, we called the person whose contact number was there, an American lady who I guess manages the property locally, and she guided us about where to shop, etc. I totally fell in love with the place, beach, town, its restaurant, and everything. I even appreciated this place more when I visited Puerto Vallarta for the 3rd time when we were on a cruise and were off the ship for a few hours to tour the city. I did not recognize the town as if it was not the same Puerto Vallarta I had visited and loved before... it was no fun when we did not stay at this place. I highly recommend staying at this place.

  We have stayed in this condo several times, at different times of the year. It is easy to find, and is easy to find parking nearby if you choose to hire a car. This complex has an elevator which is very unusual and very convenient. The best features include the roomy bedroom which has access to a huge balcony and the balcony itself. You can easily hold a party on it, dine, relax and enjoy the sunset or the incredible lighting storms. The second bedroom is perfect for two kids or guests. The condo is artistically decorated and has all the amenities you need including a laundry room, large refrigerator, stove and a small bar to enjoy margaritas! We were even able to hire a cook to make our "comidas" which made all the difference in being able to the enjoy the flavours of homemade local dishes.The walk to the beach "Playa de los Muertos" is a few blocks down and is easier than the walk back, but hiring a taxi is a breeze if you spent all your energy sunbathing, eating, swimming, jet skiing or riding the banana boat! If you'd rather sip cocktails poolside, you'll love the pool which is large enough to swim laps. This is a great place to stay if you want to easily access the beauty and charm of old town Puerto Vallarta. We've already booked out next stay.

  Had a wonderful time at this well-appointed Condo. Comfortable beds and great location made our stay a delight. The covered patio overlooking the bay was icing on the cake. The location was perfect for taking in the picturesque cobblestone streets and exploring the shops and galleries of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. The walk down the hill to the beach was a joy. After a day at the beach and a few Margaritas a short cab ride had us back home in a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

  I have stayed at this condo three times. Each time was fantastic. The property is located in the "old" part of P.V. It is very close to the shore, many stores, and restaurants. It is well furnished and comfy. The deck overlooks the setting sun and the beautiful bay. Highly recommended.

  I loved this spot. My friends stayed down on the beach near Dacquiri Dicks, but I had this place up on the hill. My favorite memories of Mexico were from our balcony watching the sun set and fireworks over the bay. It was very nice to be able to walk up from the blue chairs to the calm quiet peaceful and serene home on the hill. Everybody at the pool was nice- mostly people from the midwest- now wintering in sunny Mexico. I rented this unit for a week in March 2011. It has 2 bedrooms. but one of the rooms has two larger beds... Good kitchen with nice Mexican art. You can walk to the grocery store, then take a cheap- 4 dollar taxi back up if you don't want to walk the stairs,,, There were cards, books and some CD's. A wireless network... can't remember if it was open or if it needed a password, but it was fast enough for video and Facebooking, etc... Honestly- now that winter has hit up here in California, I am dying for an excuse to go back. The pool is one floor down, and a private patio to boot. If you are looking for some super elite resort- this is not it. If you are looking for a clean, nice, well kept spot on the cliffs with an awesome view of the bay- it may be you:) Anyway- I'd live there if I could. It's ready for an extended stay...

  I really liked the location of this property. It was so close to everything we wanted to do, but more importantly, within a very tranquil setting. I like beachfront properties, however this condo had the best of both worlds, a lovely view and easy walk to the beach. The balcony is great. You can spend all day enjoying the view. It's decorated with a nice Mexican feel. It really has a personality. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.
