The Top 10 must see attractions in Grand Cayman: 1) Stingray City-Swim with a feed huge Caribbean stingrays with the safety of expert guides. 2) Dolphin Discovery/Dolphin Cove-An eco-friendly dolphin experience where you get to swim with, touch and experience one-on-one time with these wonderful creatures. Each has its own theme and is a completely different experience. 3) Cayman Turtle Farm-See these beautiful sea turtles up close, hold baby turtles, feed the daddy and granddaddy turtles, swim in the water park and see the amazing predator tank with live sharks! 4) Scuba Dive the Kittiwake-Of course all scuba diving in the Cayman Islands is great but this is special. At only 20-50 feet, you get a brand new wreck that is anything but! No storm damage, completely intact and ready for safe exploration. The steering wheel is even there for photo time! 5) Rum Point-Need I say more? Idyllic beach covered with natural and man-made shade, crystal clear water, wonderful lunches and did I mention RUM!!!? Most people fall for the mudslide and who wouldn't? But try the Pink Sand Beach with Coconut run instead of the vodka and you have found your beach side drink. 6) Red Sail Catamaran Tours-Dont feel like driving to Rum Point? How about sailing a 100' bright white catamaran on the gorgeous blue sea. The only thing better than the destination is the journey! 7) Queen Elizabeth's Botanical Park-All the native Flora and Fauna of the Caribbean can be found here. It is the refuge for the last known Blue Iguanas on the planet. With less than 20 remaining, it is better to see them now than miss them entirely. 8) Hike the Mastic Trail-See the geology that formed the Cayman Islands before the road and airports and buildings were placed. This is the real Cayman Islands. Its free but you may want to avoid this during summer months. 9) See the East End Blowholes-Along the coastline of the East End (Eastern Coast) is a geologic site. The wave water pressurizes through a small hole in the rock and out sprays something similar to 'Old Faithful'! Only, this one happens a couple times a minute. You can get pictures here if you are patient. Just listen for the telltale sounds.... 10) Seven Mile Beach-Although locals refer to it as West Bay Public Beach, this beautiful stretch of sand attracts more tourists than all the banks combined. It is easy to miss general cruise ship tourist traffic and Sundays all the locals spend their days there. 11) Governor's Beach-I know it was a Top Ten list but Governor's Beach is worth it! It is right next door to the Governor's house and you know he would only pick the very best spot. This beach has the whitest sand, the clearest water and the calm water the west coast is known for. ****Guests at our property get all the insider tourist notes on these and many more must see, must do and must eat spots. We stayed there for one week at the beginning of April. My wife, son, sister and I thought it was awesome. It was our first time staying on GC and rented a car which was nice, it gave us the freedom to be able to run into town, go to the beach, out to dinner, etc. It takes less then 10 minutes to get to the 7 mile beach restaurant zone. It was a quiet condo and didn't have many people staying there the week we were there. It was nice to have the whole pool to ourselves. The condo is a fully renovated and upgraded with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with an open kitchen and living room setup. It's nice to have cable tv to unwind with at the end of the day. For the price I found it to be a steal. Close enough to town but far enough away from the chaos. Andrew is a great person and truly goes out of his way to accommodate every person that rents from him. I see he has even added free calling. I look forward to going back and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in GC. I did a lot of research and don't think I could have found a better deal for the price and what you get.

This is a beautiful condo with a fantastic location. My girlfriend and I stayed there last week for my birthday and had an amazing time. As other reviewers have mentioned, the place is really classy: travertine floors, granite countertops, mahogany furniture, etc. Not your usual vacation place 1970's decor. Having a fully stocked kitchen, laundry and every other amenity made our trip much more convenient and saved us money. They've even got tennis and racquetball racquets to go with the courts on site. Beach towels, Wifi, satellite TV, Internet phone, blah, blah. Everything you need! The buildings are situated overlooking the pool and coast, with a moveable ladder going right into the ocean. Every day people are paying for dive boats to bring them 200 yards from where you are staying. Enjoy the snorkeling and diving right outside your balcony. Watch the sunset from the sea wall. You're a 5-15 minute drive for everything on 7 mile beach - so it's quiet, but still convenient. Andrew, the owner, sent us several detailed emails with recommendations on beaches, grocery stores, dive operators and restaurants. He lived there for 5 years and his advice was spot on. It was like having a personally written travel guide. (Our favorite was Governor's Beach, which he had suggested), ditto for Alfresco's and Casanova's restaurants.) Again, above and beyond with customer service. I can't say enough positive things. We hope to be back soon!

We just returned from an 8 day stay in GC and are already talking about when we will return. This was our second trip to Grand Cayman, and we just love it there. The condo is absolutely wonderful, comfortable and well located. We are a family of divers, so being on the West End is ideal. The condo is basically walking distance to Lighthouse Point (Divetech) and very close to Macubaca/Turtle Reef/Sundivers (3 minute drive) and also to Cobalt Coast (7 minutes drive).Outside of the close proximity to diving, it was very easy to get to Fosters (5 mins drive) Grocery Store to pick up food for our stay. We ate most meals in, so the fact that the condo had everything we needed to cook was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sound machines were a nice addition (although the roosters do not bother us and are rather quaint). Having cable TV was nice so we could watch some movies and a couple of shows we like in the evenings. Like others mentioned, it was wonderful having a washer/dryer as this allowed us to not have to pack a lot of clothing as we already had 2 full bags with all of our dive gear. We did rent a car so that we could explore the island which we did a lot of as well. For meals, some restaurants we visited were Alfresco's for pizza, the Greenhouse Restaurant (after dive lunch at Lighthouse Point), Sunshine Grill, and of course the Macubaca Monday night BBQ! One thing we really loved was the Racquetball court. Our 17 year old had never played before, and he absolutely fell in love with the sport. We played several times a day, and we were definitely the only ones using the facility. The pool is also excellent. After a day of diving, it was nice to come back and relax and cool off by the pool. Our host, Andy, was great at providing us all the information we needed to find our way to the condo from the airport. He provided lots of great information on restaurants, dive sites, rental car facilities, things to do, etc. He is certainly a gracious host! We hope to get back to the island next year, and we will certainly see if the condo is available for us to stay! I highly recommend this condo at Bonnie's Arch! Family of 3 from Raleigh, NC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Andrew, the property owner, made the entire process easy! Andrew was very responsive and easy to communicate with before our stay. He also provided information about the island and recommendations on activities and restaurants, which we found very helpful. We also met Roger who does the property maintenance and he was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It's nice to know that there is someone locally to reach out to had we needed to. The condo is as described, with upgrades throughout and many amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, cookware, and utensils. It really had everything you would need whether you are just keeping snacks and beverages in the condo or cooking your meals in. We ate all our breakfasts in, some other meals we ate in, others we ate out. The washer and dryer in my opinion are necessities with kids, water, and sand and these are nice ones that work very well. It's always nice when you can take all of your clothes home clean and just need to put them away. We spent most waking moments when at the condo on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view and breezes. In the morning, we could enjoy our coffee while enjoying the view. In the evening, we put the blender to use to enjoy a daquiri. Our kids, ages 9 and 11, were thrilled to have a pool and they definitely took advantage of it! The location was excellent and in a very quiet and private area. We had a car and really explored the island - it has been about 15 years since we last visited and it's amazing how much it has changed, but still beautiful and it was nice to have a car to get around even though we could have walked to some of the closer places we visited such as the turtle farm, Macabuca (great conch & view), and Alfresco's. But for getting to Starfish Point, Rum Point, Barker's Beach (conch shells everywhere & various fish and sealife that come right up to shore), the car would be a necessity. I know people have commented about the roosters. I didn't recall them from our last visit, and they are EVERYWHERE on the island - so I think you would hear them no matter where you would stay. They didn't bother us, in fact we enjoyed hearing them and didn't really have a problem sleeping through them, but it was nice that Andrew offers the sound machines if they do bother your sleeping. We hated to leave, wished we could stay longer. This condo is very comfortable and has a home-like feel to it. Thanks, Andrew!

Just returned from a week at this wonderful condo. Being an avid VRBO renter, I have come to learn that these travel reviews really point out the rentals that shine above the rest. These reviews told me 2 things: this condo is something special and the owner really cares. First, the condo is super nice. We got to go inside one of the neighboring units and it really emphasized the investments the owner made in converting a vacation rental into their prior home. Beautiful flooring, granite countertops, and nice furniture made us feel at home. The complex is small and intimate with only 12 units. We got to know all our neighbors and spent a lot of time relaxing with them around the beautiful pool in the afternoon. It felt like a neighborhood pool party! Secondly, the owner cares. With every email or phone call, Andrew responded promptly. He went out of his way to answer all our questions upfront and you can tell that he aims to make everyone's experience enjoyable. I can honestly say that not all property owners operate this way and we sincerely appreciated it. The last thing I would say is that if you love snorkeling, Grand Cayman is a great destination. Yes, everyone talks about diving, but the beautiful LIVING coral reefs make the snorkeling awesome too. We loved the fact that we could drive to a location, park, and swim out to a beautiful reef with tons of fish. We loved both the shallow reefs like Rum Point, Smith's Cove, and Barefoot Beach (Cemetery Reef was cloudy the week we were there) to the deep water reefs were magnificent coral mountains rose 30 - 50 ft from the ocean floor. The sea life was amazing! Eden Rock was the most spectacular but we also enjoyed Turtle Reef at the Macabuca and the reef in the backyard. It was the best snorkeling vacation we ever had - much better than Cozumel and other Caribbean islands we've visited. If you love snorkeling, you have to try Grand Cayman and stay at this condo.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Owner response: Cathy, it is such an honor to receive this review! We couldn't be more delighted to know you had such a great time. Yes, we really do care. We strive to provide more than a lovely place to stay; we try to provide a "guided tour" experience of the island, the adventures and the fantastic beaches. We send out several pages of emails with our recommendations for everything from dive and snorkel tours, restaurants, which beaches on which days and great places to pick up all the trinkets your family and friends will love when you return. But more importantly, we offer some "don't bother" recommendations to help guide you away from the overpriced, the unappreciative and the wastes of time that can consume so much of your vacations if you don't know better. It was also so nice to have our upgrades and furnishings mentioned. Not everyone will have the opportunity to compare other possible units in Grand Cayman (more than pictures), but we can definitely say that not all rental units in Grand Cayman are the same. It is very difficult to have major renovations completed without being there to supervise the progress. Our unique situation of living here as our primary home for 5 years was the main reason why we wanted to so drastically upgrade our home. To us it was worth the expense (and frustrations) and we are glad that you appreciated it. Staying in a vacation rental is so much more than a cruise ship peak at the island. You have time to get to know the personality of the destination. Going to one beach doesn't let you get to know what all the beaches are like. It may sound silly but each beach in Grand Cayman has its own personality that helps you see why Grand Cayman is not just a place to visit, but a place to fall in love with. A place you will want to return again and again! Since you are coming anyway, we want you to find it the way we did. It was such a pleasure getting to know you and working with you on this that it now feels like we are friends! I hope to see an inquiry from you again in the future. We strive to have return guests and reward our return guests with booking benefits. Please let us know if we can help you plan a return trip to Grand Cayman sometime later in the year. I am sure you will find that there is more to traveling here than during the season. If you enjoy privacy, seclusion and tranquility, fall travel is a really special time of year!! Thank you so much and please let us welcome you back. Andrew

Breakfast and evenings on the balcony, overlooking the pool, gorgeous sea, and palm trees. Spacious condo with great amenities (large new washer/dryer, nicely appointed bathroom, fine TV, etc.). Andrew (owner) is your perfect host. He goes way beyond what's expected to make each guest's stay a superior experience. We used the all the major and minor appliances except the blender and everything worked perfectly. We stayed at Bonnie's Arch for a week with another couple. We had plenty of space. Other reviewers have mentioned the chickens that seem ubiquitous to the entire island. They never bothered us, though our relatives did notice them in the morning. I expect this could be an issue anywhere on GC, and Andrew provides a "noise machine" so you can listen to "waves" even with doors closed and the a/c on! The location is convenient to activities, shopping, etc. Having a car is handy and don't worry if you're concerned about driving on the left--your navigator will remind you and drivers are wonderfully polite. In fact, our relatives noted that everyone they met was friendly and helpful throughout the week This condo is not waterfront, though there are many water views from the balcony. A group of ~10 divers had rented several condos at Bonnie's Arch and were diving regularly. There's a rack for hanging wetsuits and a freshwater sprayer in a covered parking area near the water. I'd definitely rent here again. Ben, a local fellow, lives on the property and is a wealth of help and information. We walked to the Turtle Farm; I drove to snorkel at West Bay beach (though I could have walked) and to Cemetery Beach. There are lots of delivery or take-out options if you don't want to cook in the condo. We took Andrew's excellent advice and had Monday night All-You-Can eat BBQ at Macabuca. Another night we had one of the best meals of our lives in an ideal setting on the outdoor deck of the Cracked Conch, as the sun set.

Owner response: Wow! Thank you so much for posting this review! After reading this review I am convinced; this is where I want to stay!!! From the quintessential Caribbean scene description (Sea and palm tree views from the balcony) to the divers making use of the island's best diving right out back, you pretty much described it perfectly! And you cant describe Grand Cayman without describing our wonderful wildlife, the chickens! I was immune to their siren call but with the white noise machines, you never have to worry about them. As a side note, sleep science encourages people to use them anyway fora more peaceful night sleep. Thank you for mentioning my role in process. I think we offer more than a fabulous vacation rental in a perfect location; we offer a "guided tour" experience chock full of recommendations for adventure tours, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. From the local fresh fish market right on the edge of the sea to the tips for the best way to see Grand Cayman's beaches, we have got you covered! Our property is within walking distance to many fine restaurants, sites and beaches, but we always recommend that guests rent a car. With such a safe island to visit, you don't want to miss all the highlights we recommend around the island. Divers love this location because of all the reasons you mentioned plus we are located right on all the best dive sites right in the back yard. It is a great way to extend you dive vacation budget using shore dives to accent your boat dive plans. But those seeking relaxation also find the location perfect. With only 12 units in our Seafront community, there almost no one around. The amenities are free of wait times and the pool is frequently unused. Whether you are looking to unplug (or semi unplug) or be active, this location has something for everyone! We have blended the right amount of technology and Caribbean soul to make this decision one that you will not regret. And...you may join the growing list of returning guests! We really look forward to having you return. Not only does it say a lot for our property to have people who return to their "Little Slice of Paradise," we offer returning guest discounted rates as well! Not only were you one of the most positive and happiest guests, I think your review will help other adventure and relaxation seekers decide that our place can be their place as well! Thank you so much for staying with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

This was our second visit to this beautiful condo. It feels like home. The kitchen is beautiful and just as pictured. The great room is very large and comfortable. Pack light since there's an in condo washer and dryer. The doorwall opens to a spacious patio with a beautiful view of the ocean and the harbor just a few miles away. You can watch the cruise boats come in and out in the distance. It's fabulous to wake up each day to the call of the Cayman roosters and go out to the patio to enjoy your coffee and check your email with the free wifi while gazing at the spectacular ocean color and pinch yourself that you are really in Grand Cayman. Our favorite day includes a couple of shore dives either out in front of the condo or just a minute down the road. We come back to the condo and have our lunch then gather our beach things and make our way to the West End beach. We are almost the only ones there. We make our spots in the sand underneath the trees. It's an amazing shady retreat. We spend a couple of hours there walking the beach and swimming and relaxing. Usually there are a couple of iguanas to see and some small finches busy making nests in the trees. A couple of Islanders sell their conch shells and some cold drinks from a cooler and there is a public restroom on the beach as well as sheltered picnic tables. We return home and shower in the beautiful travertine tiled bathrooms and get ready for a spectacular sunset and some very delicious food at Alfresco's restaurant just a couple of minutes from the condo. We love the grouper ceasar salad and the coconut shrimp and really everything on their menu. We dine outside on a small ocean edge patio with steps to the beach. It is very quaint and reasonable for Cayman. For more action a short ride takes us to all the big hotels and bars on the beach. The grocery store is just minutes from the condo as well as a gas station. The ride to and from the airport is simple with the main 7 mile beach road bypass. The pool and the grounds at the condo are absolutely spotless. The tennis court is fun added attraction and there are rackets there to borrow. We love this location and this condo suites us perfectly. The owners have been extremely helpful and provide a lot of great information. On days not suited to diving it's fun to drive around the island and visit the botanical gardens and see the nearly extinct blue iguana or drive to Rum Point and enjoy the views and beach. Stingray City is a must for first visits.

Owner response: WOW!!! You should do this professionally! We are so honored to have this review. I think travelers will easily be able to see that this is more than just a place worth visiting, it is a place worth returning to! You have painted such a beautiful picture of how nice each morning, day and evening can be at the right location. And because our property is so perfectly located on the very best diving on the West Coast, ALL OF YOUR SHORE DIVING IS FREE!!!! We still encourage a two-tank dive most days to try to see everything that Cayman has to offer, but there is nothing wrong with a late afternoon, post lunch dive or a dusk dive/night dive in the familiar waters behind your house. The active will be very happy with this location. With an invigorating morning pool or sea swim, a two tank dive on some of the most beautiful reefs Cayman has to offer, an afternoon match of tennis or racquetball, and some poolside grilling for a late lunch. Change gears for a dusk dive right out back and get ready for dinner drinks and dancing in Grand Cayman's after hours scene. Those who prefer relaxation will also find the location perfect. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip, there is perfect peace and quiet relaxation. Watch the sky brighten with a cup of coffee on the balcony and still be down by the pool before the first rays cross the deck. Make your way to one of the favorite breakfast spots on the way to the beach and scratch two things off the list! Afternoon relaxation can be spent with your favorite media (cable, internet, books, movies) before hitting shops to find treasures for everyone on your list. Ending up at a real treasure like one of our dinner recommendation makes for a perfect day away from the stress of work and deadlines! Julie asked me to correct the name of that favorite beach as Northwest Point Public beach. At just 0.9 miles from the house, it is the closest beach to the house and is far less populated during cruise ship passenger time than West Bay Public Beach, AKA Seven Mile Beach. But Julie is not alone. Trip Advisor ranked Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach (all 5.5 miles of it) #7 in the "Top 25 Beaches" in the world!!! But what's not to love? Year-round warm water, bright white sand, beautiful reefs for snorkeling and scuba diving, coconut palm tree lined and frequently shaded by Casuarina Pines, it has it all! Thank you so much Jim and Julie and we hope to see you again real soon!

Our family includes my wife and two boys, ages 17 & 21. We had a magnificent trip and the condo was extremely nice. Even though the condo was nice, the hospitality that was shown by Andrew, the owner, was even better. He was very helpful with EVERYTHING...restaurants, car rental, dive sites, events to do and what not to do. This was one of our best vacations ever and we hope to return!

Owner response: We just cant thank you enough for this review! Not only is it nice to receive a review so our potential travelers can see how actual guests enjoyed the accomodations, this one shows how happy our guests are that have chosen this property. For us, it reaffirms why we are doing it. Our goal is to give our guests an experience they cannot get elsewhere. Just because you travel to Grand Cayman doesn't mean you are going to get an insider, "guided tour." Sometimes it is hard to decide where to rent a car from, which restaurants to try, how to see the sites that all the guide books are telling you to see, who to trust with your dive and sea adventure tours. This is what we want to share with our guests. We cant thank you enough for submitting this review. When guests are as much fun and as easy to deal with as you were, it makes it a pleasure to open the doors of your vacation home and say, "Come on in...the water is fine!"

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this property from 6/4 to 6/25. The condo is very comfortable and the owner is very easy to work with. If you are looking for a "home" away from home, then this is your property. The kitchen is outfitted well, including a stackable front load washer/dryer in the hall. The master bedroom mattress is amazing. Away from the noise and crowds of 7 Mile Beach. However, the condo is still within 5-7 minutes of the "strip". And yes there are chickens and roosters across the street that are "FREE RANGE" however if the A/C is on you can't hear them, or maybe we were just to tired to hear them from all the beach, sun activites, and I can confirm there is no TV, and isn't that a wonderful thing. I have only one negative thing to report about our vacation.... We had to come home !!!!

Owner response: Wow! Thank you so much for this review! I am so honored that you mentioned working with me as a positive experience. I think this is important to travelers so they know what they should expect when working together to establish dates, payments, exchanging documents. Trust me, it only gets better once you arrive. We pride ourselves in working with our guests to help in planning everything from duty-free purchases to which restaurants to visit to adventure and dive tours. We have inside knowledge that travelers need and have been able to help our guests choose airports close to their homes that had direct flights and rental car agencies. It is like the old story: the best trip you ever had was when you visited a friend and got the tour that was unavailable to the average visitor. Most of the guests we have had do not have the luxury of staying for three straight weeks. However it is nice to know that you found the property comfortable for even such a long stay. With an extra large capacity washer and dryer you will spend less time working and more time living. Because two of our guests over our first year have mentioned the chickens, we have decided to install white noise machines that will block out any unwanted noises. As you can see, we want to do everything in our power to make our guests happy. We also enjoyed a cable free existence. We used the HDMI inputs on the TV and broadband wireless to download much of the entertainment that Americans are used to…without the commercials. However, we do realize that many people would enjoy the elegant ease of turning on the cable. So, we have decided to add cable as an extended feature without any extra charges to our guests. Thank you again for your wonderful review! We are so happy that you had a wonderful time and cannot wait to welcome you back.

Spent a week in May at this Grand Cayman condo. It was nicely decorated, adequately furnished, and conveniently located. In fact the condo itself was nicer than expected and the location was great for people who like to shore dive like us. A great dive center is less than a mile away. However, the listing stated 42" TV. Yes, there was a 42" TV. What the owner neglected to tell us was that it was not connected to cable or any other means to get TV programs, nice to have while winding down from a couple of dives each day. When we emailed the owner about this, he stated that we could just buy "blackmarket" movies because they were cheap. NO WAY! Next, each morning about 6AM we were awakened by about 8 chickens that have the run of the property. Not only were they noisy but also left their mess all over the property. Last, although there was a dive ladder at the resort, because of 4 to 5 ft swells the entire week, we were unable to dive from the condo location. All in all a nice property but misrepresented.

Owner response: Thank you so much for this review! I am so glad the property was impressive outside of the lack of cable television. We try to make every guest happy with their stay. We do advertise that we do not have cable in the home right on our VRBO website. Correspondence with your spouse also shows thorough review of all of our ammenties. However, it does not help if you arrive in a foreign country and lack the "creature comforts" that make you feel at home. We want our guests to be happy with their stay at our wonderful little Oceanfront gem. Because it seems like the only item that was a problem was the lack of cable television, and it lead to our only “3 out of 5” rating, we have decided to add cable television to our list of features without any additional charges to our guests! Our guest’s happiness and our posted ratings/reviews are very important to us. We look at them as a barometer of how we are doing and what we can do to improve our property for the next guest. As you can see, we are willing to do what is necessary to make our guests comfortable. We thank you for your input. I feel like I must note here that Grand Cayman is NOT American-owned. The only video rental stores within 20 miles (a really long way at 25 mph) rent or sell only non-conventional movie. They are clearly downloaded and burned. In no way to we tell you that you have to buy or rent from these stores. We simply tell our guests this and let them decide if they want to patronize these businesses. Thank you for mentioning that Grand Cayman does have chickens, to be correct, roosters. They are in every district, oceanfront or inland. Although they have not been a problem for all but two of our guests (only one posted a review), we have decided to install white noise machines to aid in your restfull sleep. We wouldnt dream of going through all the effort and expense of having high quality furniture, top-of-the-line mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets only to have your sleep disturbed by the local wildlife. After living in the property for 5 years, I was never bothered by them, but I am completely sensitive to the needs of light sleepers. Thank you so much for this review. Although it is our lowest score to date (all 5's with one 4), we look at it as a chance to better our service and make better stays for our guests. We look forward to your return to tell us how we did at improving the property!

                          Owner info

                          Year Purchased: 2007

About the owner: A paramedic and veterinarian met on the idyllic island of Little Cayman. Six years, one wonderful marriage and two beautiful children later, we still see the beauty that brought us together. The Cayman Islands will always hold a special place in our hearts and this is what we want to share with you.

Why the Owner Chose North West Point:
Well, you only have the enter the flightpath to Grand Cayman to see why we chose here. This idyllic little island is gorgeous! Grand Cayman is also the most stable foreign government in the Caribbean. It is safe, luxurious and VIP savvy. When you are here, they really make you feel special. The location and ammentities in Bonnie's Arch made it the only choice for us. We are avid scuba divers and the diving in our back yard is phenominal! We can dive everyday for free! We have lived here day in and day out for 4 and a half years. Now we are following different dreams and providing for our children's futures. Selling would mean the end to our wonderful begining so we plan to return as often as possible to relive our adventurous beginnings. Hopefully you will fall in love with Bonnie's Arch like we have and want to return again and again.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are both very active and spend the weekends using the facilities. We have hundreds of hours in the racquetball and tennis courts. I am still trying to beat my wife at at least one game!!! Being avid divers, we spend time out back doing wall dives at our favorite site, Big Tunnel. Once you come in from a dive, quickly rinse your gear at the hose and head straight for a quick dip in the pool with a cold drink in your hand. We are close to everything, but not too close to be bothered by the traffic and noise. The nights are filled with stars and the lights from Seven Mile Beach. Frequently, you can watch a fireworks show on Seven Mile Beach from the balcony. You just cant ask for any more!
