Perfectly maintained in a quiet neighborhood, our home is still situated within walking distance to all that Sea Isle's new downtown has to offer!
Walk into the first floor foyer entrance with full car garage and a beautiful walk-out bonus room complete with a pool table, seating, and 42' flat screen TV! Second floor has the first of two master bedrooms, laundry room, two full baths, two additional bedrooms and front and back decks. The third floor living area has the second master bedroom & bath with private deck, a powder room off the kitchen, counter dining and dining room, spacious great room and front deck. Tremendous bay waterviews from all four decks!

The top floor living area is our gathering place for family time -- granite-counter kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, garbage disposal, ice-making fridge, white cabinetry and plenty of storage. This is not your typical rental! Dishware, cookware, counter appliances and utensils included. The kitchen island has four seats, pefect for the kids -- and our dining table set seats eight. There is a 1/2 bath adjacent to the kitchen.
The bright great room features a 48' 3D HDTV, DVR, Blue-Ray DVD, and spacious couch. Each of the window boxes on the third floor have their own cushioned seating -- perfect for reading and lounging -- even napping. The front deck has a new outdoor dining set for six and gas grill. Check out that sunset!
Finishing the top floor is the second master bedroom, queen bedset, full bath, closet, and private deck. Four decks in all.
Down on the second floor the rear bedroom has two twins. The center bedroom has two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, sleeping 4. There is a full bath -- tub and shower in the hall. The front master bedroom has a queen set, TV, large private deck, and its own master bath.
And if you get tired of near-perfect Sea Isle outdoors, the first floor bonus room has a pool table and a nearby refrigerator in the garage.
We are three short blocks to Landis, four to the beach, and close to dining, the gym. Everything you need is very much in walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City: Since we love to travel, it took some time to decide where to make our purchase -- beach or mountains, near or far. But time and again, we came back to Sea Isle City. My wife and I rented here from the time we were in college until today. We've made great friends here, love the wide beautiful beach, and are amazed at the pride of this town. The new library, a new church, the gazebo and pavilion are all just a bit of what's going on in Sea Isle today. Boy has it changed!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: We cook and feed on a constant basis with kids running around. But most of all we love the beach and spending quiet evenings watching movies with the kids.
Oh, and Geocaching! Great finds up and down Cape May county (if you don't know what Geocaching is, ask your kids to show you on the computer -- it's like a treasure hunt).
