  This gorgeous condo is perfectly situated for viewing morning sunrises from bedroom windows and afternoon sunsets from the balcony. A very short walk across the street and you're on the beach. Next door is a fine restaurant for when you don't feel like driving. But a 10 minute drive and you are in Murrell's Inlet for the best seafood ever. Another few minutes' more and you can visit an amazing botanical garden (Brookgreen Gardens) and Huntington State Park. Condo is very well equipped, and communication with owner was friendly and prompt. I would recommend this to friends.

  This was by far the most relaxing vaction my family and I have taken. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and very beautifully decorated. The sunset view from the balcony was magnificant.The kitchen is fully equip. everthing you need to cook (if you choose). Livingroom and bedrooms very comfortable. Nothing like comming back to the condo and relaxing after a day at the beach/pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful! and not crowded at all. We fell in love with the beach. The area itself was great! Plenty to do for the whole family. And if you like to fish, this is the perfect place. The Marsh Walk is a must to go, great restuarants, shops and live music. Supermarket, 24/7 pharmacy, souvenir shops, malls, and outlet shopping are all so close. Can't say enough of how great this place is. And the owners are great! They are a pleasure! Answered every question I had regarding the condo, and the area right away. Gave us very detailed instructions regarding the condo, totally hassel free. It was all and all a great experiance and great time! Will highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. Looking foward to comming back.

  My wife and our families have been vacationing in Garden City for the past 40 years. We have been staying at Marlin Quay for the past 10 years. The past 3 years we have rented #402 and appear to have made it our summer vacation spot of choice. Beautifully decorated, oustanding views, peaceful area yet convenient to everything. The new rental arrangments are hassle free which is a big plus when traveling in with excited kids. No waiting in line at the rental office. Looking forward to next year.

  We had the most relaxing two weeks vacation we have ever had. The balcony, with enough room for four people to enjoy, overlooks the Marina and Murrells Inlet. Facing the west it provides outstanding sunsets. A short walk from your door is a great seafood restaurant and across the street is direct access to the ocean. Bring an appetite and get ready to enjoy an endless sand beach. If you choose to eat in you will enjoy the newly decorated kitchen with very up to date appliances. Two seafood markets as well a a wide selection of chain supermarkets are just down the road . For more entertainment you are about two miles from the Garden City pier and about 30 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach with shows and shopping. You have your own private parking and, two swimming pools on the property. The condo itself. It is newly redecorated with lovely comfortable furniture and beds. We wil,l most defititely, reserve this special getaway again in the very near future.

  The property was extremely well-maintained and in excellent condition, very clean and beautifully decorated. My husband and I have stayed at various condos in this and other complexes over the past years, We have found that this condo is without a doubt the very best. In addition, the view from any window is extraordinary. You can see both the ocean and the inlet. No pictures can do it justice. The beach and ocean is a short walk across a quiet street, and the Golf Stream Restaurant is one of our favorites. The small town of Garden City with its ice cream parlors, beach stores, arcade, and fishing pier is a two mile walk on the sidewalk or a short drive. Also, you can enjoy the various fishing and sailing boats on the inlet and the activity at the marina. We hope to stay there again next year. I would strongly recommend the condo and the area to my friends.

  We enjoyed our week in the condo. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so nice, only wished I had of wanted to cook. Everything we needed was in the condo, and love watching the boats come and go. Great to walk across the parking lot to the Gulf Stream resturant. Look forward to renting again.

  This was our first stay at Marlin Quay and what a great condo this unit was. We picked a winner! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed to prepare our food. The views of the beach and the inlet were breath-taking. The owners of the condo were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this rental unit.
