Great Shopping can be done at the famous Ellenton Outlet Mall and there is even an Ice Skating Rink there. Both are only fifteen minutes away.
We areon the 14th Fairway with long uninterrupted views of the Tara Preserve CC golf course.
Nature abounds here.
The gardens and property are spacious and Zen like. Palms and Oaks surround the home. Sun and fun are waiting for your pleasure.
The Den has a new pullout sofa to accommodate two more guests and a new wide screen TV.
The Kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware that you will need because we like to cook.
The Master Bedroom is huge and is like a wing of the house and features many large windows for great views of Sunsets, a large leather couch, a modern desk and its own screened Lanai for you to enjoy privacy and the view.
The Master Bath room has a separate shower with a small window above it and also a large Spa tub for relaxing after a busy day.
The main Lanai adjoins the living room and kitchen areas. It is covered with a roof and screened for easy outdoor living all year long.
Downtown Sarasota is twenty minutes away with it's famous Museum's, Culture, Restaurants, Music Venues, open street Market, Art Walks, Art Galleries.
Saint Armands Circle on Saint Armands Key is like the Rodeo Drive of the East! Enjoy the many high-end shops, dinning and arts and crafts that are there.
Almost all of the islands are accessible by car or bike.

My fiancee and I stayed at this lovely, immaculate, well-equipped home in a very nice neighborhood for a month last March. The views from the lanai are wonderful--golf course, pond with water fowls of all types, sunsets. We enjoyed late dinners on the lanai by candlelight. We also enjoyed the sandhill crane visitors nearly every day-- beautiful, large birds that certainly let you know when they want your attention! The Tara Association community pool included in this rental was very nice-- clean, warm and not at all crowded during our stay. The area offers a lot of entertainment and golfing. Access to shopping is excellent.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We travel abroad a lot and among the places we like best is the Bradenton and Sarasota area. We are middle aged and and appreciate sports acctivities and outdoor life. Of course we like to relax too.

The is a great lifestyle here with very friendly people. The nature and animal life is preserved and fantastic. The beaches and golf are the best and Tara is a friendly,unique and luxurious community.
It is a safe neighborhood with great neighbors. It is a very attractive and livable home and nearly new!

There is a community pool and tennis courts (lighted at night) . Walking and jogging is pleasurable and undisturbed due to low traffic.
Shopping and cultural amenities are nearby. The lake behind our house is stocked and the reflections of the sunsets are tranquil and tropical.
From the Lanai we enjoy having an aperitif while seated on a chaise and watching the sun set over our lake and palm trees.
The home is secluded and has the benefit of a large lot that increases the privacy factor.
Lots of windows give a feeling of bringing the outdoors to the inside.
