Gorgeous beach home perfect for families. Just steps to the beautiful Mandalay Beach, this 3300 sq foot home is great for relaxation and entertaining.
The top floor houses a two story living/dining room with a 60" flat screen, internet ready tv, dvd player, working fireplace and a huge terrace with gas grill, lounge chairs and patio table. Also upstairs is a fully stocked eat-in kitchen and a powder room.
A private and romantic Master Suite, with it's own fireplace, has a cozy reading and desk area. Off the Master Suite is an additional terrace with a patio set and lounge chairs.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and an additional full bathroom with tub and shower. There is a family room with a 3rd fireplace, flat screen HDTV, dvd and pool table. This room exits into a beautiful and lush backyard with an outdoor shower and firepit.

This house is awesome. It was VERY spacious and very well furnished. Steps to the beach for a fun day on the sand and the house has a good view from the front deck. From the moment we stepped inside and took in the features of this spacious and well appointed house we felt at home. After spending 1 month here we honestly didn't want to leave. From the close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants, freeways and lets not forget the beach. The position of this house and its features make this a holiday dream. I would recommend staying here to all and as a family the time spent here by us will be remembered fondly and Im sure spoken about as one of our best ever vacations together.Did you find this review helpful? Stayed 58 days in April, 2012 We love being in Oxnard at this time of year!The weather is SO much nicer than in the UK! The house is in a perfect location and we made full use of the great space the house offers. There are plenty of loungers on the balconies and tables for eating out. The garden is private and secure.The beach is wonderful. The property agents were super efficient and a delight to deal with. The house is huge and complete with all the amenities you would ever need. We felt like we were home, and yet, we felt like we were on vacation! There were 7 bikes which were great to ride along the beach. Kristina, the property manager, was great!
