    This home was all and more than i could think of. It was perfect for our family. My dad had recently had surgery on his foot so having the recliners was awesome. The game room was just what the kids needed. It was decorated wonderfully. The master bedroom was perfect. I really didnt want to get up to go to the parks because the bed was just that comfortable. All the rooms and bedrooms was just perfect for everyone (ages ranging from 3-57) Having the tv outside the lanai was awesome. We were able to eat, swim, and watch tv while outside. We did have hurrican Debby come to FL on our second day, but she didnt stop our family from enjoying our vacation. This house is perfect for a big family, it has everything you would EVER need. It is literally your home away from home.

    The house is well located only a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. It is spacious, with six good size bedrooms, our children loved their themed rooms, two separate sitting areas, full size open plan kitchen, separate utility room and a games room, keeping the children, and adults, well entertained. It is very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The pool is a good size and the deck is bigger than average providing a lovely relaxing and dining area. We all really enjoyed our stay, it was a perfect spot to enjoy all Orlando has to offer and we would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again. Thank you for all your help an recommendations whilst we were there, it was very much appreciated.

    We stayed in the villa for 1 week in May and had an amazing time. The villa is located in a perfect location for all attractions in Orlando, it would be difficult to get any closer to Disney. We found the villa to be very clean, well kept and had everything you would need for a family holiday. It is located in a gated community and it felt very safe. I would highly recommend this villa and we will certainly stay again!

    We had a great vacation and we all thought your home was exceptionally nice. You have done a great job of making it a comfortable place for a group as large as ours. It is well laid out, furnished with everything that we needed and is really close to Disney World where we spent most of our time. The pool was a favorite place for all of us to relax and the extra space was realy nice. I would not hesitate to recommend your home to anyone visiting the area.

    We all were so happy with the house!! Actually, I don't think the pics online do enough justice! The house was so clean and spacious. Having all the baby/ toddler equipment was great because I didn't have to travel with my stuff! The alarm on door and safety fence was also important to me in choosing your house because I have young children. The extra space around pool is a major plus! ...there was no way 10 of us would have fit outside. When spa wasn't working, Steve dealt with that fine as well. I was especially happy with your patience ( with all our issues getting payment to u ) and you always responded quickly to me. We had a wonderful time!!!

    We had a great vacation. We enjoyed being able to come to a place that felt like home. The location was excellent and the house and pool were terrific! We plan to recommend it to any friends heading to the area....and who knows we might even get back ourselves. Thanks Eamonn and Mary

    Met up with our family at the house for christmas and had a great time. The house was a great size, lots of space for everyone and it had everything we needed and the pool area with the extended section at the back made all the difference. Would love to back back year after year.

    This is a fantastic home that shows great pride by the owner in a wonderful neighborhood just minutes from Disney and numerous fantastic golf courses. We have rented several homes in the orlando area and this one stands above in amenites.It has a large pool/spa area and deck thats great for relaxing,a well requiped games room for kids and high quality large screen tv and wireless internet...A Simple thing like beds most rental homes have large beds this one has as well ...but they are also comfortable....which is valuable after a busy day...you won't get that in most properties. I recommend anyone to rent this property....you will not be disappointed!!

    Hi Paul- other than a few days of bad weather, we had a fantastic time! I do have a few comments on the home: -          The pool and patio area- was absolutely wonderful- your addition to the patio was perfect! Loved the pool toys- noodles in particular… -          The house was so clean and we loved the layout! -          Location to the clubhouse and to the parks in general was fantastic!

    We had a wonderful vacation, the house made it even better. The house was just as described on the web site. Where do you start. I have to start with the swimming pool area. The house has extension to the pool area giving a lot more space around the pool. This gave the adults more space to relax and the children more space to play. Looking at the neighbouring houses they looked cramped in comparison. There was plenty of seating inside and out, which was a concern with 12 of us staying in the house. The inside was beautiful. It has just been decorated and it felt like a brand new home. There was plenty of cutlery, pans etc in the kitchen, this had been a problem in a house that we rented a few years ago. The owner of the house couldn’t do enough to help us and answer all are questions before we arrived, and once there we had no problems so I can’t comment on the management company. We will definitely try to rebook on our next visit to Orlando, which I hope won’t be too far in the future. houses

    Hi Paul, We had a great vacation!  We have spent about 13 weeks in total the last 3 years in the Kissimmee area. Previously we have rented 2 different villas in Windsor Palms.  Windsor Hills sure met our expectations! It is a fabulous community! Both me, my wife and our 2 girls loved the place! We also loved staying in your villa! It was perfectly furnished and decorated. We only used 3 of the bedrooms and one bath, but especially the kids love to have some extra space to play.  The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cups, glasses, plates and so on. It was great to have a functioning alarm both when staying home at night and when we left the villa. Your new temperature control for the air conditioning also worked very well! Great TV, and it was nice to be able to record TV-shows on your PVR decoder.  The internet also worked well. I did not get the printer to work though. I did not use your computer, since I brought my own laptop.  The pool and patio area was great. We used it a lot!  We are planning to go to Kissimmee at least once a year in the future.

    First impresion was great lovely villa, well equiped with hairdryers, pool towels etc. The fridge broke but staff were lovely and came out quickly to fix it. Pool was nice, especially nice to have pool toys on hand to use.Good location to theme parks, shoping malls and restaurants. Resort kept lovely clean and tidy, everyone was freindly and helpful.We had a lovely time. A very big thanks for letting us leave the villa latter due to our plane being delayed.We would love to visit your house again

    We came for our duaghter's wedding at Coco Beach. We had the best time ever, as they say here, "Where Dreams Come True". What perfect saying. Thre were 9 of us and the villa was perfect, big and spacious. The heated pool was the cherry on top and the family could chill and relax at the end of an action packed day at the theme parks. If you have childrn the Windsor Hills has it all and the staff nad the gatehouse staff were great and couldn't do enough for us. We would recomend this place

    We're a family of 6 stayng here. Excellent villa with ample accomodation plus all the little "extras" i.e. hairdryers, pool towels etc made it more lovely. Ressort very accesable to all the theme parks but so busy we did not make use of all the resort facilities. Pool was great and having it heated did help for the late night swims. Would definetely recomend this resort and house to fiends back home
