FARMHOUSE "BABI"

Completed in 2004, the villa is in the typical style of Provence. It offers every comfort!
"BABI" is one of those places that your dreams will always bring you back to visit. Located at the base of The Alpilles beside a small channel, it's the perfect location to experience a walk in the natural beauty of Provence.

The house grounds are 240 square metres and the enclosed garden is 3,000 square metres which ensures your peaceful serenity. The villa is gated on a private road with alarmed entryway. The lively and pleasant center of ST. REMY is only a 5 minute walk and you will find all types of shops, restaurants and services.

Each room of the farmhouse is distinctively decorated for your every comfort.

The house includes 4 rooms:

Left wing:"Olivades" with double bed, corner reading area with private bathroom (bathtub, shower, washbasin and WC) and terrace.
"Small Prince" with double bed corner reading area, private bathroom (bathtub, shower, washbasin, WC) and terrace.

Right wing:"Van Gogh" with double bed and rollout full-sized bed, corner reading area, private bathroom (shower, 2 washbasins, WC) leading to a terrace under treillised vineyard.

Main Wing: "Cigalo" with double bed, corner reading area, private marbled bathroom (bathtub, shower,
washbasin) and shared WC. The bedroom leads to a balcony with loggia.

A fifth WC with marble wash stand is available for the guests.

The house has 2 kitchens: 1 interior (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, hotplates, sink, toaster oven, coffee machine, all dishes, pots and pans and utensils for 10 people.

There is an additional outdoor kitchen with protection from the burning sun of the South of France in summer which contains a rotisserie BBQ, oven, hotplates, sink, large refrigerator, all dishes, pot and pans and utensils needed for 10 people

The dining room and the living room contain exposed beams with a fireplace and comprise 100 square metres.

Equipment :
Zone air-conditioning and a heating make it possible to have a comfortable temperature in all areas of the farmhouse throughout the year. The Living Room has Cable T.V. as do two of the bedrooms. There is also a DVD payer and music system.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer.

External description :
Life in Provence, especially in summer, is a life of outdoor living.Every consideration has been made to maximize your outdoor comfort. The terrace of 100 square metres is made up of many smaller corner terraces with seating areas, some of which are shaded. There is a dining table for 10 directly off the kitchen and a treillised vineyard in which you may want to read a good book or have a nap after lunch!

The private heated swimming pool of 50 square meters has a pool-house with a solar shower and a WC. There are numerous deck chairs and water toys

In the beautiful 3,000 square metre garden, you will find a fountain, a field of lavender and "pinks" and centuries-old olive trees for shade. An enclosed private parking area is at your disposal. The entire garden is lighted and the property is maintained daily.
