This home has a full lower level, made up of 2 finished rooms, that could be extra bedrooms. There is also a ping pong table set up. One of the finished rooms is a laundry room, with a front load washer and dryer.

Highly recommend this home. Everything was as listed. The living space was fantastic with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and there was ample closet space. Good location as a base to explore the South Shore area.The owners were accommodating to special requests and made us feel very welcome.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is an immaculate home with gorgeous ocean views. The sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. We had plenty of space for a family gathering. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and the dining room with fireplace was a favorite spot for our group. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated. The beach is right outside the back door. Everything about the home is even better than it looks in the pictures. We would highly recommend this listing. If you go, don't miss Arthur and Pat's restaurant down the street--amazing food!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dear Gail & Joe, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach front home with us, our children, and grandchildren. It is such a beautiful home and so spacious. Even with all the adults and children (eleven of them), we were able to have our own space as well as enjoy being together in the totally open and comfortable first floor. We thoroughly looked forward to our early morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio, just a few feet away from the beach. The fenced in yard gave us great peace of mind with the younger children. We look forward to an equally great family vacation next year. What a wonderful house for a vacation! We just got back from our vacation there and I can't say enough about how perfect everything was. There were 7 of us staying in the house (4 adults and 3 kids), but there was plenty of room for other overnight guests. We had a couple of gatherings on the patio, which looks right out onto the ocean. The house has absolutely everything you could need for a blissful week of fun, beach, sun, relaxation. Thanks so much to Joe and Gail on behalf of my whole family!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Simply put, this was the best beach vacation my family has ever had. The house was perfect. Joe and Gail's house is beautiful inside and out. Breathtaken views from every room. Litteraly steps from a gorgeous beach. We had picture perfect sunrises every morning and inspiring sunsets every night. Plenty of beds for the whole family and an occasional sleep over guest. The large modern kitchen had every amenity and the large dinning room table sat the whole family and gave us the most awesome views of the ocean. The bedrooms were spacious and wonderfully appointed. Large flat screen TV for movie night worked out great. We fit two cars in the garage and still had plenty of room for parking for our guests. At low tide we had a huge flat beach to enjoy for hours at a time. My wife and kids collected sea glass and shells and played on the beach every day. We enjoyed the huge patio overlooking the beach and cooked our smores over our small fire pit (not provided) every night. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood filled with a mix of renters and regulars. Ice and other supplies can be picked up less than a mile down the road. What else can I say! So very worth the price. Thank-you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We chose this location since my husband was retiring from the Navy after 25 years of service and it was close to his family in Avon, MA. The open kitchen allowed for us to mingle as a family and every room in the house had a beautiful view of the ocean! We spent countless hours on the beach searching for sea glass and played family beach olympics that created memories to last a lifetime. Each room was tastefully decorated and spacious. Everything you need is already there, so we didn't need to bring the plastic plates, cups and cutlery. We brought cleaning supplies, but again, the house has everything you need. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, yet easy to maintain. We didn't spend much time in the living room, as even at night we would sit on the patio and enjoy the sound of the waves. The location is perfect, close enough to the general store, right on the beach and the surrounding neighbors were very nice. We had a toddler visiting, so the fenced-in yard was a relief knowing she couldn't wander far while we barbecued on the back patio. We had a wonderful time at your house! Our group consisted of six adults (my parents, my husband and I and my brother and sister in law) and four children ranging from age one to seven. The finished basement was a great area to store the kids toys and to let them play (on the off chance that they weren't outside). The kitchen was a dream to chefs and relaxers alike, so comfy yet modern!! The central vaccuming was a HUGE help in keeping on top of whatever sand followed us in. I'm sure you can tell already by the pictures, but the views were breathtaking, during high tide you felt like you could dive out the back door and start swimming and at low tide the beach was the perfect place for shell hunting, digging and kite flying. The neighborhood was so friendly and perfect for taking walks. As a parent with young children, my favorite part was the beautiful yard that was fully fenced in. It allowed everyone to play outside and mommy to read a book without worrying about anyone drowning!!! We all loved our bedrooms, very flexible sleeping arrangements in beautifully deocrated rooms! Having two full bathrooms was perfect and it was so nice to be able to come home with suitcases full of CLEAN laundry thanks to the washer and dryer! Overall we loved our stay. The memories shared there will be with us forever, lots of laughing, loving and enjoying each others company. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We left a guest sign-in book for you and filled out the first page, we felt a house that provided such wonderful vaccations deserved one. Thanks again! This home looks fantastic online but is even better in person when you walk in and see the ocean right in front of you. Walk out on the huge patio, hear the sound of the waves and smell the ocean breeze - you are instantly in vacation mode! The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities making us feel right at home. We like doing our own cooking and hanging out on the patio, but there are plenty of restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. walking distance or just a few minutes by car. Dealing with Gail and Joe was a delight, super nice people! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation - you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you have ever hoped to wake up to the sound of ocean waves, this is the home for you! A pristine location right on the water. The beach is clean and right out the front door! The house has a cozy elegance with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It is extremely well kept and the owners are wonderful. The house is an hour drive to Boston and all it offers. There are many terrific restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. I would recommend this vacation home to everyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We never purchased this home with the intent of using it as a rental. We now have an elderly parent that needs care and we can't use the home for ourselves on a regular basis, that is why we make it available as a rental.
