This Non-Smoking duplex is located in the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. The unit is beautifully decorated, fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. Inside the front door you will be welcomed with spacious accomodations, ceramic tile, natural berber carpet and whimsical tin art throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three and an open dining area with a table for six. The living room invites you with a cushy sofa that opens to a full bed, a love seat, TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom provide a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king bed with a garden tub and shower. One guest bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a queen bed. The other guest bedroom has a double and a single bed. The unit is located in Gulf Shores Plantation which is a gated and seaside resort with 24 hour security.
Experience the sugar white sands, natural dunes, beautiful landscaping, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the many outdoor activities or just relax on a pristine private beach. For your enjoyment are six outdoor pools, one indoor pool, jacuzzis, sauna, fitness room, eight tennis courts (seven lighted), a lighted basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes and sand volleyball. Children & teen activities are available in the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort, check with the resort front desk for the dates & times.
Gulf Shores Plantation Resort is steps away from Kiva Dunes Golf Course (the award winning Jerry Pate designed golf course which is rated #1 in Alabama). Many other signature golf courses are nearby.

*Deposit of $300 with a non-refundable reservation fee of $25 is due in order to hold the reservation.
*Deposit Refund is Forfeited in the event of Any Cancellation.
*Full rental amount is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
*Cancellation or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date that result in a shortened stay or change of dates will Forfeit the Full Rental Payment.
*No Refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances.
*Owners of Paradise Dreams duplex reserve the right to refund deposits & rental payments, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
