The screened in Lanai makes for relaxing evenings or morning coffee while enjoying the panoramic view of Heritage Bay Golf Course and lake.
Rental includes full membership (renter pays a one time transfer fee of $275.00 plus $26.00 until October 31st. $45.00 per round starting November 1st, 2012.) for golf and tennis as well as fitness club facilities). Play on the spectacular Lewis/Azinger designed golf course featuring 27 holes of golf with aqua driving range, chippiing and putting areas. The course ranges from 4729-7200 yards with 5 sets of tees. There are 7 HAR-TRU lighted tennis courts along with a state of the art fitness centre, full service Spa, 7 pools including a resort style pool at the magnificent clubhouse. The Chickee Bar is located by the main pool and serves delicious snacks, meals or drinks to enjoy by the pool. The resort also features a nature preserve as well as numerous walking and biking trails.
Naples beach is only 10-15 minutes away and shopping is abundant. The Coconut Point Mall is only minutes away as well as a Shopping Centre complete with a Target, Publix and Walgreens. Naples has many fashionable shopping areas such as Venetian Village, Tin City, Fifth Avenue South, etc.
