We recently stayed in the rental unit and could not have been more pleased. The location is great to get to all of the Cottonwood Resorts. The apartment was clean and VERY spacious. The owners were very gracious host and there to answer any questions we had. It was nice to relax in the hot tub that overlooked the mountains. The best feature is the washer/dryer as this makes any ski vacation that much easier. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and the refridgerator was stocked with the essentials upon our arrival. There are many stores nearby so running out was never an issue. Sandy is the ideal location because you can get to all of the resorts easily. During our trip we skied at Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Snowbasin and Brighton. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great ski vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

We based ourselves here for 4 days whilst ski racing in Snowbird & Park City. The location was perfect. We were travelling with our dogs also, so it is an added bonus they are pet friendly. The owners Sharon & Tom have done a fabulous job making the unit super comfortable, have furnished it very nicely & have thought of everything when it comes to the creature comforts of home. The photos dont show how spacious the unit actually is and it has ample room for 4 people. Thank you, - We really enjoyed our stay & will be back next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

I booked this place for my small group of 4 adults. It was perfect! Very spacious, 2 bedrooms - one queen and one king. Living room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures and so is the kitchen. Hugo and Sharon are on premises and quick to address any questions you may have either via email or phone. They were super hospitable and even left us a "starter kit" for breakfast (bread, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and fruit) since they knew we weren't arriving until very very late in the middle of the night. They also stayed up on Thanksgiving night to make sure we got in ok! Located in Sandy, Utah - it house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and just 10 mins from the heart of town. The views you get of the mountains and of SLC are incredible! Very convenient to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton (max 40 min drive to the latter). We enjoyed staying here very much and would do so again next time we head back for the slopes. Recommended to anyone looking for a more than reasonably priced rental apt off the mountains yet still want to be close.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.
