Just spent a week here with my family. We found the condo exceptional. The kitchen is fully stocked . Condo is spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Wifi makes it easy to stay in contact with your family and friends. The grounds are immaculate. The highlight for us was the location of this condo. The beach is absolutely beautiful . We spent our entire time swimming and snorkeling. The rock jetties on each side of the beach offer some really great snorkeling. We saw many different species of fish. Already planning our trip back next year. Diane the owner is great to deal with.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was an annual girls trip to the the Keys, we usually take a Motorhome but this tried the condo. It was a wonderful trip in every way. The condo is decorately beautifully with plenty of room. Almost anything you need is there. The pool was nice but the beach area is like your own piece of the Keys. No crowds etc. Diane was a delight to deal with and will more than likely return next year unless the price of Diesel drops way down (doubt that). The local " Sparkys Landing" restaruant and bar was very nice and so was Sunset Park we walked down there several afternoon to watch the sunset. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Keys.

We have been renting this unit for many years now in the Fall. It is spotless, has everything you need and walking distance to 3 restaurant/bars on the island. Just over an hour from Key West for an enjoyable day trip or overnighter. The owners are the best people and part of the reason we come back every year. Key Colony Beach is a great jumping off point for day trips, fishing, boating or just laying in the sun to relax and melt your cares away. The Sea Isle property is impeccably clean and well maintained and once you arrive, you know your vacation is off to a great start. The pictures do not do justice to the scenery. Come on down and stay in Paradise!

My husband & myself stayed at this property in early October 2010. The condo exceeded our expectations! I am writing this review because I like to read such reviews b/4 I stay at properties but this one had none. I am thankful I tried this reviewless property VS some of the "old keys style motels" we had concidered. Those places really looked like they had not been updated since the 60's. Do not hesitate to rent this property. As said b/4 the listing is exactly as shown, the condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had a few email/voice mail messages from the owner (Diane) and she was very helpful and easy to work with. We had planned on a week of finishing our diving certification and then some recreational diving. We did get our certification at a quarry because the sea's were ruff the whole week...even the commercial fishermen were not going out most of the week! Have good things to say about " A Deep Blue Dive Shop" in Key Colony Beach. They did a good job with classroom (Mike), and pool/quarry (Zack). Have seen a lot of ravings about Sparky's Landing we found it to be OK. We had a better experience at Cabana Breezes. We went to the Turtle hospital in Marathon..it was very informative and would recommend. Went to Key West on a NON cruise ship day (1 hour away) had a good time on one of the trolly tours that you can get of and on. Had great drinks at the Cuban restaurant by Mallory Sqr (where everyone watches the sun set EVERYDAY!) as well as nachos made with plantains. Again would definatly recommend condo...beach is small but outstanding for the Keys where we snorkeled, pool-very nice, newer lounges @ both. WI-FI worked perfect & fast & secure! I am mentioning 1 disappointing thing about the condo...I don't want you to think I am the owner or such.....the balcony is very small but realy..... Who cares because there is a Sunset Park within a 2 min walk that we went to 3 times & wish we had made it more. Just Wonderful never more than 10 people there!!. We brought a cocktail with us every time we went. We would definatly return to this rental & probably will in a few years ( we have a few Caribbean Islands planned for the next couple of years). We would recommend to friend/relative/stranger 100%!! PS: Owners are partners at the new Driftwood Pizza in Marathon...we got take out, it was very good. Wish we were still there...........
