Situated just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee, Rolling Hills is just a few minutes from dining, shopping and all the major attractions. This setting in the majestic Rolling Hills, adds to the charm of this 2 storey home. The home features 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 3 bedrooms with twin beds), a sofa sleeper in the family room and 3.5 bathrooms, a formal dining area that seats 8 people and a breakfast nook that seats 4.
The west-facing deck has a private heatable electric pool with a community boundary wall beyond the rear of the deck and is therefore semi-private with a fence on one side and a hedge on the other for added privacy. The deck has 8 chairs, 4 loungers with cushions and 2 tables. This lovely home will accommodate up to 12 people.
Rolling Hills is a much sought-after community development of executive villas surrounded by wide boulevards, beautiful conservation areas and tranquil lakes attracting herons and wildlife all year round. Only 5 minutes drive to Disney's Main Gate, its proximity allows guests to return to their villas for an afternoon siesta, before returning to the parks in the evening for fireworks and parades. Beyond World Drive is I-4, where it will lead you to Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Tampa, Daytona and the beach. Florida's Splendid China is just a few blocks away from the house. Right next to Rolling Hills Estates is the Palms Country Golf Club. You will also find many lakes in the area for fishing. It is a 2 minute drive to Formosa Shopping Plaza with Winn-Dixie supermarket, walk-in medical centre and a selection of restaurants, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, along with a variety of other stores.

We were 7 ladies who got together to craft for a long weekend. The house was exactly as described with plenty of room with plenty of everything we needed to be comfortable. Shanti and Mark were excellent to deal with, they were always responsive and very eager to assist in all my inquiries. The house is great, it was very spacious and clean and it is close to the Disney Parks. On the day we checked in, I made an error and missed some of the details about accessing the property and we couldn't get into the house but after making contact with Shanti and Mark they quickly arranged for for someone to meet with us and give us access to the property in a very quick time. Even though the mistake was totally my fault, Shanti and Mark were very supportive and had only one concern which was to look after us. House and location are fantastic. Can't beat the location. The money that you save from not staying in the park, allows you to do extra. The house is everything that is advertised. If you like to cook out, arrange to have the grill on the property. Mark and Shanti are wonderful hosts. If there are any issues that arise, they are very helpful and the management company is right there to help. The house is great and close to all the attractions, we really enjoyed our stay, everything as described. We were in total 6 adults and 3 kids (2-5 years) and it was really comfortable after walking all day to be able to get home and have dinner, watch TV or play in the air hockey table. Our group of 12 stayed at this property for 6 nights recently, and we couldnt have hoped for anything better. It was above expectation and I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a great vacation. Its conveniently located in a calm and quiet neighborhood yet grocery stores and a choice of hundreds of restaurants are located within just a 3 minute drive down the road. Quanto ao local, acesso, eram ótimos, pois próximo a casa tinhamos tudo o que precisavamos como: supermercado, restaurantes, posto de gasolina etc. A casa é ótima e estava limpissima! Os lençois e toalhas em ótimo estado. Tudo estava perfeito! Eu indico para quem quiser se hospedar lá! As for location, access, were great because the next house had everything we needed as: supermarket, restaurants, gas station etc.. The house is great and was limpissima! We had such a wonderful time in Orlando!. We were a 12 people party (all family) that fitted perfectly in this beautiful house. It was just like being home and so much better than staying in a hotel. The house was very clean, organized (kitchen very well equipped) and so close to everything! (the parks, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets). About the owner: We are a family of five residing in the suburbs of Toronto, Canada. On visits to Florida and specifically Orlando, we typically would book hotels for our stays, feeling quite cramped. We decided there is no better way to enjoy the attractions than to book and ultimately own a short term villa rental.
