Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at the Pines at Orehouse you can either walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. I can go a whole week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! The shuttle ride to go skiing takes less than 10 minutes, I can walk to the movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, walk to the river and go fishing, ride my bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!
You are 1 mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. You can take the FREE shuttle to the ski mountain in less than 10 minutes!
Within walking distance of the Pines at Orehouse - Grocery Store, Blockbuster, Ski Rental Shops, Restaurants, Walmart, ATMS, etc, etc

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo at the Pines at Orehouse, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. I own a few units in town and I also manage several others for out of town owners, so let me know how I can help find something that meets your needs! Most importantly, you will also have someone locally to count on (phone or face to face) to ensure your vacation runs smoothly for you and your family!

Our family stayed here the week before Christmas and had a wonderful time. It was extremely nice and conveniently located to everything. We had a few questions and they were quickly answered by management. Thanks for all the attention to detail.

We loved the convenience and location. Condo was neat and clean, Well equipped and convenient to Rt 129 where we went daily to check on our building project. Bernie and I played golf three times over the week's vacation. Our wives walk and shopped. Also, Mallie worked on her Doctorate thesis. Condo was cool, quiet and well positioned for the activities we enjoyed. We would definitly return on our next visit. Jeff K.

Excellent condo, and a great week! Everything was as it was marketed to be, and Brad was GREAT! The condo was spotless and the kitchen was amazingly stocked with "hardware". We couldn't have asked for anything more. Again the place was great, and we'll definitely call Brad again next year! -- Darca

Very clean and well stocked with necessary items. The beds are very comfortable. The kids slept like babies in their beds. Location is perfect!! We will definitely consider staying in this unit when we return next time. Thank you for your time and help in securing such a great place. Please give us preferential consideration for this unit in the future.

This was a great condo. It was well equipped (kitchen, linens, beach towels for hot tubs, etc.). Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We had a great stay and would stay in the condo again.

Your condo was excellent. I had a great time staying there. The mattress in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. In fact when I stripped the sheets, I was trying to see who made it but couldn't find a tag. I also liked the fact that you have a large supply of mugs and glasses.
