Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at the Pines at Orehouse you can either walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. I can go a whole week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! The shuttle ride to go skiing takes less than 10 minutes, I can walk to the movie theatre, grocery store, several restaurants, walk to the river and go fishing, ride my bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!
You are 1 mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. You can take the FREE shuttle to the ski mountain in less than 10 minutes!
Within walking distance of the Pines at Orehouse - Grocery Store, Blockbuster, Ski Rental Shops, Restaurants, Walmart, ATMS, etc, etc
This is the location of the Meadows parking lot - it is easier to just take the FREE shuttle from the Pines at Orehouse!

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo at the Pines at Orehouse, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. Your condo was excellent. I had a great time staying there. The mattress in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. In fact when I stripped the sheets, I was trying to see who made it but couldn't find a tag. I also liked the fact that you have a large supply of mugs and glasses.
