  After some problems with the gas supply to our butane water heater, referred to in a couple of reviews, we have replaced the old one with a brand new, bigger capacity, electric water heater so problem solved!

  Martin and Lupe did a wonderful job. They were both very helpful and always available to answer questions. The home is beautiful and the location was awesome. Mary did a great job prior to our trip assisting with the arrangements. Chico and Chica were good watch dogs and quite entertaining. Overall our stay at your lovely home was very comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend your home to others wanting to stay here in Belize. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

  Had a great time in your amazing home! Lots of wind but also lots of fun - area is amazing. Problems with hot water - caretaker and husbands worked together. We had warm showers again the day we left. Love this place and island - sorry to leave. Don't eat at White Sands!

  The house exceeded expectations. Ralf and Lupe were extremely friendly and helpful. Sorry about losing the keys! The pool and hot tub were excellent and the sound system allowed us to have our own beachfront rave. We will highly recommend Debbie's Beach to anyone visiting Belize and we will definitely come back. The locals are great - tell Sheldon we said 'Hi'.

  Our first time to the Tropics - Wow. Nice to see Debbie's takes the environments natural gifts into full account in planning layout/landscaping. Staff were fabulous. View same. Privacy respected. Very comfortable. Only suggestion after 1 week stay - more hot water. Thank you - I will recommend Debbie's Beach to Friends. Carolyn - Thank you for sharing your home, wonderful view - it was our first time snorkelling and seeing tropical fish, coral, turtles, jelly fish etc; love the palm trees. Ashley - Everything was wonderful. It was a great experience.

  We had an OK time. The house and the pictures in the back room (of it during its construction) attest to the quality of its build. It is clearly a costly business to build and maintain - seems much of the materials have to come over from the mainland. Have done VRBO for Cayman, Roatan and Bahamas before Ambergris Caye and this Debbie's Beach is a superior place to stay. Sun was always out but high winds did not allow us to be out on the water over the last few days. Obviously still a great time had by all in our group.

  We had a wonderful time at Debbie's Beach. we would recommend White Sands next door for snorkeling and fishing. They made it fun and interesting. Capricorn restaurant was very good, we went back 3 times! We also hired 'chefs for the house' for 2 nights - they cooked a wonderful meal with appetisers and desserts! We enjoyed the pool every day and used the hot tub and bikes. It was nice to have so many things to do and such great service. The locals of Belize are gracious hosts. Belize is a beautiful country with gorgeous seas, fish and flowers. Thank you for sharing your home. We feel fortunate to have found such a comfortable home to stay in here in Belize. We will recommend it to others!

  This is our third year here. San Pedro has changed some - more taxis, vehicle traffic. The people are amazing. Every year we meet more amazing people. The first few days the road was very rough then they started grading - now smooth sailing - we discover more wonderful things each year. Debbie's Beach House is truly a wonderful place to stay. Ralf is amazing - so helpful with everything. Well back to the snow. We will be back here next year.

  What a fabulous week we had! It is a testament to the comfort and beauty of the house that the sometimes wet and stormy weather didn't bother us in the slightest - it was still an absolute pleasure to be here. Worth every penny! We rent many houses in many countries and can attest that Debbie's Beach is in the top rank of those - beautiful of location, quality of construction, comfort of the furnishings, number of the amenities etc.. I especially want to highlight Ralph's work! He is easily the best caretaker we have encountered. Lupe the maid was also excellent! Thank you, Thank you! Cheers!

  It's difficult to follow all the wise words in here because like everyone else we've had a fantastic time. We are the last in line of summer guests but Nick and Debbie have been hugely generous and have made us feel relaxed and welcome. Even Mark has managed to unwind. For us the best moments were probably on the trip on Nick's boat to Tranquility Bay: fishing and then eating the catch, swimming, skimming along in the blue green sea - all eased with beer, rum punch and wine. A great day out in a week of good times. And some firsts ticked off the list: scuba (Jo completed her PADI), snorkelling, yoga and the fishing. Thank you!

  Thank you so much for having us; literally perfect break from rain/work in the UK. Even more than one episode of sunburn failing to spoil great weather, diving and rum punch .... and feeling (slightly) healthier after yoga and (one) early morning run onthe beach. Thanks again! Thank you so much for letting us occupy your home these last days. I hope we were not too much trouble! It has been bliss simply relaxing here but the diving and everything else has been utterly incredible. I am very sad to be leaving. Thank you so much again!

  Thank you so much for your generosity during our stay. It was a real treat to have home luxuries during our travels, backpacking in Central America, we really loved it! We will now be on a mission to find some Hot Damn, local drinks shot , back home and will let you know! The house and view are beautiul and we really enjoyed our stormy snorkel at Mexico Rocks. Apologies for emptying your fridge of all its contents! Well that is students for you says Nick!

The punch recipe (in our visitors book) led to a hilarious evening. We hope to stay again but longer p.s. excellent book library! Guest 2 comment - Loved the view and the wind to keep us cool. It was so wonderful waking up in the morning and opening up the curtains to see the blue sky, pier and grounds. great location and everyone is so friendly. Enjoyed the walk north, skuba diving, snorkeling and yoga. Favorite restaurant was AJi - great food! Thank you! Guest 3 coment - What a great spot!   Lovely place for a family reunion! The location and home worked perfectly for us. We snorkeled two times and loved getting picked up at the dock. Highlights were swimming in the pool, bumping along on the golf carts, kayaking to the reef and snorkeling (we rented kayaks from White Sands next door), playing with Chico and Chica (Two dogs owned by our caretaker Ralf), breakfast rolls from Annie's and Casa pan dulce and sitting and enjoying the view. Favorite restaurants - breakfast at Akbol yoga resort, Aji, the Reef snf Mickeys. Ralf was helpful and fun. Thanks for shaing your home. Blessings

  We had a great time. Loved relaxing by the pool for happy hour. Big thanks to Illiana (our cleaner) for crushing the scorpion and saving us. Ralf (our caretaker) was very helpful. Kids loved Chico and Chica (Ralf's two dogs). Belize was wonderful. We relly enjoyed all the people. Thanks for allowingus to share your home. (PS we do get scorpions in the house from time to time and they can give an uncomfortable but not serious sting. Just remember to shake out your shoes! - Debbie)

  A great time was had by all. The house was perfect for the eight of us! Ralf's (your caretaker) care was exceptional - he was always at hand when we needed him and nothing was too much trouble for him to organise. Snorkeling was fantastic as was cave tubing and sailing.   We arrived on Feb 29th in a Leap Year to celebrate our moter's 75th birthday. We brought along grand daughter, Toni, and grand daughter in law Beth. What a way to turn 75! We snorkeled, we ate, we shopped, we climbed Altan Ha, we had smooth massages at Maruba Jungle Spa (and photos to prove it!). We took the plunge at Hol Chan (and were nearly swept away!) and petted sharks and rays at Shark Ray Alley. A lovely lunch on Caye Caulker was enjoyed by all. Thank you for sharing your peaceful home with us. You have given us some of the best memories of our mother that we will treasure always! ps Ralf (your caretaker) is wonderful!

  This was our 3rd trip to the island. It has grown a lot in 5 years! 'Stop'! The Beach house is a great location. Lots of room. The weather was not the best but you are still in Paradise! Ralf (your caretaker)was great, very friendly. Can't wait for our 4th trip!
