Relaxation, beautiful beach, nice clean, quiet home nextled in Newport. We had one of our best family vacations at this location and hopefully plan to go back next summer. We were very well accomodated with plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen utensils and comfortable furniture. We hit is just right the sun was shining and the beaches and restaurants were the best. I would recommend this vacation house without reservation!

Having stayed at many summer homes and quest houses, we found this one exceptionally charming and accommdodating...We visited here twice, and would love to return again for vacation at another time...The photos accurately reflect the interior design...It is obvious that the owners take pride in thier property...Just as important, the proximity to downtown Newport and the beaches are so convenient...And the yard is a nice sanctuary to enjoy in itself!

My family and I stayed at this property July 9th-16th 2011. We have three small children and found that we had enough room and were very comfortable. There is a park nearby that we could walk to. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. There is a small backyard which was perfect to sit outside and enjoy dinner. The house was clean and tidy. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

If you are looking for a cute, clean and conviently situated vacation spot, you have found it here. We stayed from June 11 - 16 and were pleasantly pleased upon our first sight of this quaint Newport all season rental home. With its modern interior decorating, custom furniture, crisp curtains and linens, convenient location, we felt luxuriously located! The close proximity to the beach, only 1/2 mile walking distance, the small shops and restaurants nearby, only enhanced our short, and enjoyable stay. The rooms were sparkling clean, and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was adequately furnished with wine glasses to spaghetti pots, silverware and plates. I strongly recommend this spot to anyone desiring high quality living at an affordable cost.

We arrived and the house was locked and we couldn't get in. The listing is totally inaccurate-there was mold in the 2 air conditioners and many windows that wouldn't open- the front picture window didn't have drapes and only a sheer curtain. We had to hang a blanket up for privacy and to keep out the hot summer sun. The house was very hot and the furniture was threadbare and dirty. The baseboards were filthy. There was something dead and smelly in the garage and the 1 bike was broken- the linens were old and unfolded in the closet and the kitchen had limited pots and pans but about15 place settings of utensils! We usually find that both home away and vrbo have lovely properties but this was awful and embarrassing since we had invited 2 other couples to join us. Shame on the owners!!!
