Our private cottage condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, with it's beautiful water and white sandy beaches. We purchased this roomy 2 bedroom condo summer of 2011 and completely remodeled it from top to bottom! We just went back in, winter of 2014 and updated it again with fresh paint and new carpet! The decor is bright and COLORFUL!! It has solid surface flooring with an open floor plan. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. You can prepare a large meal while your loved ones sit at the eat in bar and watch their favorite movie on the HD flatscreen TV. We also installed a new stack washer/dryer for your convenience. The complex is walking distance to at least 6 restaurants! A local grocery, spirit store, shopping and live bands within a block. The condo is located in a small, quiet, private complex with less than 35 units. You will have free parking underneath the condo, just a few steps from your balcony, so no waiting on elevators or long walks with luggage. Our complex is within walking distance to everything you could need or WANT! Bahama Bob's is directly across the street for great seafood. Tequila Ted's is next door for great Margaritas and live music. Pier 33 is a block away for local shopping and groceries. Most importantly, the beach is just a few steps in front of the complex and fishing in the lagoon, to the rear.
