  • Thank you for the wonderful stay on the beach. We had a nice relaxing time in the house, on the beach, and in the community. The neighbors were great, the accomodations were comforting for everyone, and the sunsets were spectacular. I got some great shots on the pier of surfers. The kids loved the sand, the train, and of course Disneyland. We had a nice dinner on the pier and enjoyed our home away from home...we hope to be back another summer. Thanks again!

It was the perfect place share with our dear friends. Even though a year had passed since our first stay, it felt like a homecoming as we walked in the front door. The charm and comfort of the condo is wonderful and its the ideal place for us to seek rest, relaxation, and nuture our souls. We made an easy trip to the San Diego Zoo - but otherwise, were happy to stayed at the condo, walked the beach and knock around the nearby shops. The Farmers' Market was a fun way to get an early start one morning and my husband, the chef, joyfully foraged through the wonderful cache of produce. You are Angel...I don't remember if I shared this with you - but - the husband of the dear couple we made this trip with (both last year and this year) - was diagnosed with cancer and was to face surgery the week after we returned from our trip. This trip was planned to lift his spirits and put him in the best frame of mind for his days to come. I want you to know he went through the surgery with flying colors and is in great recovery now. We all believe our time spent together at Windsong by the Surf contributed greatly to this wonderful outcome. Thank you again for the assistance you provided in making this possible...You readily answered our questions and offered a wonderful rate that made this return possible.     It was wonderful having Isabelle Kaplan stay in the San Clemente condo for three weeks in January. She wrote these comments in an email to us: "A lovely cottage feeling particularly in the upstairs living quarters which feels private, serene and very peaceful. The house is extremely comfortable, well equipped and the location very good. We enjoyed the walking distance to the drugstores and coffee shops,and all the offerings on the main street.   • Hi Barbara - So sorry it's taken me this long to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. The condo was wonderful and just perfect for us. Rest assured we will be in touch if and when we get back to that beautiful area. Of course, the gorgeous weather helped! And it was so well equipped - we found everything that we needed. Also enjoyed the beach decor... Thanks very much!

  • We greatly enjoyed our stay at Windsong by the Surf. The views from the living room window and patio were spectacular. It only took a matter of minutes to stroll down to the beach and once there it was incredible. The decor both upstairs and downstairs was charming and very updated. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed great meals while we were there. With a short drive - 5-10 minutes, we were in the main part of town....with charming shops, restaurants and Farmers Market on Sunday.....We also spent a day at Sea World and it was a very simple 45 minute drive to get there. We were sorry to have to leave and hope to make arrangements to stay again - very soon!!! Thank you, Mark and Diane

  • We had a most wonderful time at Windsong By the Surf! The decor was relaxing and we loved all of the windows that let in the cool ocean breezes and allowed for a great view! It was so nice to have extra towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, and sand toys for trips to the beach. We had a perfect vacation!

  • The air was delightful, the sound of the surf was like a lullaby, and the light quality was electrifying-but all that would have been lost had the condo interior not have been equal to that exterior environment. In every aspect the rooms were delightful, and better yet,for me,the cleanliness made the whole experience a wonderful affair. I plan a return visit.

  • In August 2004 some friends and I planned a "girls weekend" and stayed at Windsong by the Surf. There was enough room for 5 of us plus an infant. (There is a crib there). The view is beautiful and the condo is in walking distance from San Clemente beach. The atmosphere is very relaxing. This summer I'm going back with my family.
