  we took our daughter and friend to visit UofC in Boulder and could not have been happier with our choice with this wonderful, roomy home near everything! The kids loved the theatre room and my husband and I loved the entire third floor master with gorgeous views and fireplace. will definitely give you a call when -hopefully- our daughter commits to the university and we will have the opportunity to visit your lovely city more often. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

  We highly recommend this vacation home. Comfortable, well-situated, and beautifully maintained. I only hesitate to recommend it for fear that it would be booked when our family wants to return. Seriously, you will enjoy your stay here.

  Beautiful house / welcome basket so thoughtful and helpful, very nice surprise. Baby gates very helpful too - thank you so much for them. I loved the Christmas decorations too. Place comfortable and clean and will stay here again in the future.

  What is not to love? This is a beautiful home in a great Boulder neighborhood, with stunning views of the Flatirons (easy access too!). The owners' hospitality is an added benefit to an already great rental. We will stay again.

  My husband and I spent a whole month here with our two dogs and cat :) Never felt we were in somebody else's house. So spacious, comfortable, and stylish, it had anything you might need to feel at home, including books, CD's and a nice media room. The owners were very helpful in leaving good instructions and recommendations for us about everything in and around the house including attractions, restaurants, trail maps etc. The location is ideal on a quiet street with nice mountain views yet still within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, shops, hiking trails and only 20 min drive to Eldora ski resort. I would definitely stay here again anytime and highly recommend it to family and friends.

  My husband, two boys aged 1 and 3, and my in laws stayed here for 3 days over new years eve and had a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and clean, and has everything you might need to make it feel like "home". Because it was over the holidays, the Christmas tree was still up, which added a great touch:) Plenty of room/rooms so you don't feel cramped, and every room is immaculate yet comfortable. House is on a cute street just a few minutes from downtown shops/diners. Media room was a nice surprise, even though we never had time to watch movies with two kids..lol. Owners are very welcoming and helped with baby gates before our stay. I didn't want to leave this house as it was a dream to stay there for the weekend because it had everything you would need! Will definitely stay here again!!

  Beautiful, modern home with spectacular views from master bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, super media room. Even better than advertised. Clean, well-maintained. Within walking distance to Pearl Street shops and restaurants. Easy and convenient bus ride to Eldora ski resort. Best thing is the attentiveness and consideration of the proprietors. Xmas decorations were absolutely delightful. The evening we arrived in Boulder, there was a 16-inch snowfall, but everything was shoveled and ready for us. Would highly recommend this home to friends, family and anyone who wants to experience the best of Boulder.
