Venice, Florida 3 bedroom/2 full bath condo...less than 1 mile from 5 of the local Gulf Beaches. WIFI access!!! Walking distance to the Venice Downtown area for quaint shopping, fine dining, or enjoying the local Gulf Beaches! Venice Beach itself and Venice Marina are only 3-5 minute drive and there are plenty of free parking lots for the Gulf Beaches/Downtown/Venice Marina. Now booking for May, 2013 thru December, 2013!! You can rent this high quality condo for only $1,600 per month(May, 2013 thru October 31, 2013)...In season rates apply for November and December, 2013 (only $2,200/month)!! Cleaning fee is set at $80.00.
Outside parking is covered and there is also room for your guests to park.
In addition to the monthly rental amount , our guests will pay 7% Florida Sales Tax, plus 5.0% Tourist Tax on a monthly basis.
We are also booking for interested parties the 2014 calendar months of April, 2014 thru December, 2014. For those that choose to visit in the Off-season (May 1, 2014 thru October 31, 2014) our rate is $1,600/month. The in-season time frames of April, 2014 and the months of November/December, 2014 our rate continues at $2,200/month. We do offer to long term tenants (those that rent for 4 or more consecutive months) a discount of 10%/month ($220/mo. in season and $160/mo. for off-season stays)!!

Excellent owner, easy to work with. This is a recently remodeled condo, very comfortable and well equipped. It was very nice having bikes, used daily to get to a variety of beaches, downtown Venice, and the YMCA on Central. The residents are a mixture of permanent and seasonal, all very nice and easy to talk with, most in 55+ range. Pleasantly surprised that airport noise in not an issue. Owner was a big help with solving multiple Comcast issues.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Because of our close proximity to the Venice Airport many potential renters may assume that staying at our our condo is too noisy. Appreciate so much your acknowledgement, along with all of the others who have actually rented from us who have remarked how quiet it truly is and how peaceful a stay it is for our guests. We too in the stays at our condo have noticed how quiet and peaceful it is all day...that was a major selling point prior to our decision to purchase this condo. Thank you also for your patience with the couple of Comcast related issues that popped up during your stay. As you noted as soon as these were identified we contacted Comcast with their service people and got the services back up and running through the direct service related phone calls made to resolve these couple of issues. Through the years our cable services at our residence have been represented by Comcast as our provider. We knew from first hand experience that on those rare times that service does go out that Comcast normally fixes the blips in service right over the phone. Hence we provided at our Venice condo Comcast service for cable, landline phones, and the internet services. After my wife and I spent a great deal of time to refurbish and furnish this condo to offer up the very best of accomodations for not just ourselves but for our guests too, it was truly appreciative that you addressed this in your review! Great care has been given in each and every room to present a quality environment that is open and comfortable in every way! You our guests deserve the best!! Mike and Ruth, you will always be welcomed back to our condo as our guests should you come back to the Venice, Florida area again...we would be privileged and honored to have you both come back as our guests!! I flew in for a long weekend for my best friend's wedding, she happens to live in same complex, so this condo was perfect. It was so nice and spacious and well furnished. The management company overseeing this property was fairly easy to work with and the ammenities were aboundant. About the owner: Donna (above photo getting ready to enjoy the Gulf Beaches SUNSET) and I have been married for the last 33 1/2 years! We take pride in all that we have been blessed with/would love to share this vacation condo with you and yours as your vacation destination. Prior to retiring I worked in the Food Industry in various Sales Management positions...loved everyday of it until it was time for me to 'hang up the cleats'! My wife Donna continues to work as a Customer Sales Rep and has been with her current Company for the last 16 years. I also have a 'best buddy'/constant companion in my 7 1/2 year old Pekingese, 'Sammy'!!!
