This is classic Oregon with unmatched beauty and privacy. Our home is on small acreage that has 360 degree mountain views. On the banks of the Mohawk River just 1.8 miles from the Springfield Country Club (with many days/tee-times open to the general public). Our little 'country store' is just a little over half a mile away and offers all of the necessities plus movie rentals, ATM, etc. Come enjoy the peaceful setting that makes our area a destination to hundreds of local bicyclists and walkers/joggers. It really does look like an Oregon Post Card!

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: I am an engineer that started a construction business a few years ago. I built this home myself with attention to the little details. It is truly custom in every way. I have since parted ways with construction due to the current business climate and have returned to Engineering.
Why the Owner Chose Springfield:
This is our primary residence and we only rent it out about a dozen times per year. As such the home is always maintained like no rental ever could be.
The Unique Benefits at this Estate:
Complete quiet and privacy while not being remote and away from the common conveniences. So central to so many activities. Views are rediculous and the pillars and paved driveway along with the white rail fences really set this property apart.
