  I am a native Idahoan working overseas and recently stayed at this property during my R&R. The apartment was well worth the cost, and much more comfortable than a hotel. The photos and description represented the property perfectly. The apartment was clean, good repair, functional, and well equiped. The owner was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. I had the accomodations to entertain family and friends. The location worked well for me close to I-84 and within walking distance of a nice convenience store, a movie theater, and a wide variety of eating establishments. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

  The apartment, which was very basic in furnishings, was very nice for the money spent. The clubhouse services available added to the value. The owner was responsive to any concerns voiced.

  We rented this apartment here as we had family in the area that had little room for us. It turned out to be an ideal spot, centrally located and large enough to accommodate our entire family. In addition the owner was very gracious and worked with us to meet our needs. We would gladly stay here again if the occasion warranted it.

  Owner was excellent to work with, we spent a month at the unit and it was as the owner said. Everything worked, beds were fine, we had a good stay.

  We were very comfortable while we stayed here for 3 nights during our site-seeing trip to the Boise area. This apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 active young children. We appreciated being on the bottom floor, and were not disturbed by the small amount of upstairs noise. We enjoyed easy access to the apartment complex pool & small playground, and walked to the next-door convenient store a few times for last minute items. It was a great location for us. We went to various places in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, and everything we did was within an easy 5-20 min drive. The landlord was very friendly and easy to work with. He usually didn't answer his phone right away but always called back soon. Shortly after arrival we discovered there weren't enough bath towels for everyone, but after a quick phone call he brought us more right away. Also, the day before we left we wanted to change our check-out time, and he was flexible to meet us at that different time. We greatly appreciated that! A few suggestions for improvements: 1.Hang black-out curtains on the bedroom windows. The sun rises early in the summer, and it woke us up early each morning shining through the mini blinds. 2. Provide extra pillows. There were 2 pillows on each bed, but no extra for the pull-out sofa bed. My kids brought their own pillows so it wasn't a big deal (hence I didn't call to ask for more). But if there had been extra pillows we would have used them ourselves. 3. Replace the fitted sheet on the queen bed. The fitted sheet currently on the queen bed has worn-out elastic and doesn't fit completely under the mattress, so each each night it popped off and was a small annoyance while sleeping. 4. Add a few more staple items in the kitchen, esp for short-term guests. Items we would have found helpful: salt & pepper, 2-quart pitcher, measuring cups/spoons, large microwave safe bowl, dishcloth or sponge, dish soap (for hand washing dishes), hand soap at the kitchen sink (thank you for providing bar soap for hand washing in the bathrooms), extra dishwasher detergent (thank you for providing enough to run it twice), extra trash bags (there was 1 in the trashcan and 1 extra, but more would have been helpful). We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we travel to that area, and will recommend this property to anyone we know traveling to the area

  The property is in a great location and is a great price. Easy access to I-84 from Eagle Rd. or Meridian Rd. The property only offers basic TV, no cable or Dish, only 3 local stations and PBS. The carpet is stained in the main living area and the vacum cleaner provided needs to be upgraded for lodgers to use. The couch in the living area needs to be upgraded to a more comfortable sofa. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable king bed with a nice closet, but could use a set of dresser drawers. There is a hole in the door leading into this bedroom. The kitchen is adequate, but could use a few more cooking utensils and bakeware for lodgers staying for extended periods. There were no cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, broom or mop. The 2nd bedroom matress is horrible (as hard as a rock). There is a nice closet, but a small dresser would be a plus. There are some inexpensive mini blinds on all windows and do little to keep the light out, some additinal window coverings would be a plus especially in the bedrooms. The walls need a complete paint job, and the touch ups that have been done, only highlight the need for an overall painting. Our overall impression of the property was that of your "1st" apartment. I have used "vrbo" before and always been satisfied. It's unlikely that we will stay at this property again, unless some upgrades are implemented. I think if some upgrades were done and the additon of cable would be a great improvement. Even if the price for the rental had to be raised, it would be worth it to us for a few more amenities.

  We stayed here for 2 weeks, and we could not have been happier. It was cozy, well-furnished, and very clean, which was important to us, because we spent a lot of time inside with a baby during the winter. It's easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go, including downtown Boise, Eagle, The Spectrum, and the airport. The service was impeccable. I sent an email at 2 AM to let him know we wanted to come right away (a week early). He got back to me right away to tell me that it was no problem. We called him for more hangers, wi-fi, etc, and he immediately took care of everything. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because the walls are thin. You do hear your neighbors pipes and footsteps, but for the price, it should not stop you from staying at a very nice place from a very friendly owner. Take advantage of the fitness room and clubhouse, which are complimentary, and almost always empty.

  We stayed for about one month while looking for a home to purchase. It's in a great location. Friendly management, pool and weight room were also great.
