This condo was exactly as advertised. The apartment was very tidy and well maintained. The property is easy to find with the directions provided. My husband and I had a great time with our Mothers who were on their annual vacation with us. They also had an enjojable stay. Even the stairs was not so much of a challenge for an 88 and 92 year old ladies.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for your response. We were happy to have you stay.

We stayed here for a quick getaway. This condo is spacious and clean. It has quite a few amenities. It is a well stocked condo compared to other places we stayed. The condo was fully furnished with dishes and cooking items. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, even a beach bag and small cooler. We did not rent a car but didn't have a problem walking to the near by resturants. The pools and tennis court were a great joy. We rank this condo very high on our places to stay in St. Thomas and the nightly rate is great! You enter the condo on your own and you are on your own unless you have concerns. The owner has plenty of contact numbers and information posted for you if needed. We would recommend this condo. It is less expensive than any hotel on the island and it has two kitchens. Major highlights: 1. The View 2. Kitchen 3. Door is 5 steps from the pool 4. Resturants 5. Peace and quiet 6. Tennis courts 7. stachable washer and dryer ......I could go on, but I won't.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and found the perfect place at this condo! We have stayed at several places on the island at this by far beats them all. It is so quiet and the view is awesome. We enjoyed the pools, beach and tennis court. The condo has everyhting that you would need, just bring your swim suit and a few pairs of clothes. The beach is a 2 minutes walk and there are 3 resturants to chose from within walking distance. The condo has cable and internet as well. This by far better than a hotel and more spacious that a hotel room. Don't pass this place up!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family and I stayed for a week in July 2012 and had a fabulous vacation. This is our second year in St Thomas, and after a stay at Point Pleasant last year, I can say I much prefer this location. The view from the condo is nothing short of amazing and it's a short drive to pretty much anywhere. The only drawback is that you really must have a rental car, but that would be the case for pretty much anywhere on the island you stay if you have any intention of leaving the property. The condo itself was spacious - more than enough room for 3 kids and 2 adults. Having a kitchen to cook in is invaluable when traveling with children, and this one had everything we needed. The property is well maintained, swimming pools, tennis courts, parking lots and all. The condo is very clean and everything in good working order. I would highly recommend this property if traveling with kids, and thank you Sara for everything.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This place is great for a small family or two couples. It is very quite and overlooks Bolongo Bay. Iggie's Beach Bar and Grill is just a short drive down the hill and the food is great. I would highly recommend. A car is a must just because of the hill up.Recommended for: Families with teenagers

This condo was exactly as advertised and exactly what I was looking for. It overlooks Bolongo Bay which is roughly halfway between Charlotte Amalie (where the airport and cruise ships arrive) and Red Hook where you can ferry to anywhere else in the VI. Bolongo Bay itself is a so-so beach in comparison with many of the other beaches in the islands. Although the watersports offered through the resort are fun and the snorkeling can be fantastic! I've seen many fish, turtles, octopus, squid, and all kinds of other sealife! The condo was clean and slept my entire family comfortably. The ktichen and washer/dryer came in very handy! Iggy's and Mim's Seaside Bistro (must go to spots on St Thomas) are both a short walk (maybe three minutes) down the hill. Sara was fantastic to work with and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice home base in order to explore St Thomas and the rest of the Virgin Islands.Did you find this review helpful? We rented the Villa for a week. There was four girls total and we had a blast! Sara was extremely helpful with places where we could go and things to do on the island. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance (Lobster Grille, Mims, and Iggies). Carnival night on Wednesdays at Iggies is fun. We had a bit of trouble finding the Villa because we arrived at night but I called Sara and she talked us through and stayed on the phone til we got in the house. I can't wait to visit the Island again and you better believe I'll be staying at Regatta Point Villas again :)Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I would first like to say if you book this condo take pictures of everything the day you arrive of the many things that are broken, stained and damaged because if you don't Sara will blame you and keep your deposit! We experienced this first hand. Sara (the owner) had told us she was at the condo the week before we arrived which is why I was so surprised the condo was so filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months hair and dirt everywhere. The wall under the bar stools was covered with old food. The screens on the door wall were all torn up. BOTH toilets were broke which I called her about and she said she would have maintenance come and fix and she never did. We obviously needed a toilet so we paid to fix one (no thank you from her). The other one we had to stick our hand inside the tank to manually flush every time. She blamed us for a broken futon. The futon when we arrived was already broke she apparently already knew that because where the wood was split it was taped underneath. Tape is not going to hold a futon being used as a bed!!! She blamed us for the door frame being destroyed where the chain is -when we arrived it was all chewed up and looks as if it's been that way for ALONG time. One of her reasons for not returning our deposit was because she said there was a missing green chair from her balcony. We threw it away because it almost broke my brothers tail bone when he sat on it. It was so old and weathered all 4 legs completely gave out and he fell straight threw onto the cement balcony. The bedspread, skirt and curtain looked as though there was blood all over it, not sure what it was. Who rents out their condo with a broken toilet (two at that) a futon that has been taped, a shower that only has scolding hot water, screens that are ripped up, dirty stained comforters, bathrooms that smelt like urine and everything broken or about to break! The funny part about all of this is the nice maintenance man who works there told us how she won't pay anyone to fix things in your condo. When we asked about our broken toilet he asked where we were staying. We told him and, he responded in a laugh "OH SARA'S PLACE good luck she won't pay anyone to do anything for her" there's now no surprise to that. The island and complex itself aside from her unit was beautiful, we were hardly in the condo so we just tried to make the make the best of it. I would definitly come back again but I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT!Owner response: We tried to negoiate with these tenants but they continued to insult us. These tenants broke the lease agreement and they broke the condo rules. They also did damage to the unit, therefore we kept their $200 deposit to help cover the costs. We have many positive comments so please don't take this person's comments seriously. Thank you.

My friend and I stayed here for a few days and had the most wonderful time. The condo is clean, has everything you could possibly need, and the views are amazing. It was much bigger than I had expected. Would definitely come back and stay here in the future. Thanks Sara.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I enjoyed a week of quiet relaxation. The condo was clean and the grounds and pools were very nice. The pools were not heated but the weather was in the 80's every day. The view out the condo is across the Bolongo Bay where there were always interesting things to watch. To get to the three restaurants and the beach, you walk through the parking lot and down the stairs. The condo is close to Red Hook, which is where we caught the ferry to St. John's on two of the days. The owner gave us good tips about bringing some food down in a little cooler (food is expensive on the island) and where to drive. We would recommend this condo to a friend -- in fact, we already have!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for your comments. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.

We stayed here for one week. It was fabulous. The condo is steps away from the pool, a short walk from the beach, close to resturants. We were looking for something affordable and a place to getaway. This place is better than a hotel because you have your own equipped kitchen. We are going back again next year. We stayed here for our first trip to St Thomas and it was perfect. The condo is in a safe area, is very clean, and has a great view. The owner was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information about the island before we arrived. We hope to make it back again next year, and would definitely recommend this condo to others.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 7/7

We were here for our honeymoon beginning March 17th, 09. This was our first visit to St. Thomas and didn't know what to expect. It took us a little while to get used to St. Thomas (transportation, grocery shopping, etc.) but fortunately we felt very comfortable in the condo. Great views, accommodations and a variety of restaurants right on the beach (within walking distance) to choose from. We ran into so many friendly people there. Wednesday was Carnival night at Bolongo Bay along the beach below the condo. We walked down and had the best time ever! There was always something to do and getting transportation anywhere was so easy. We visited St. Johns Island 2 times by Ferry and had a great time. You really didn't have to leave the place with the many beautiful swimming pools, walking areas and restaurants and the beach nearby. We'll definately try to get back.
