Charming New Villa with Beautifull Sea View.

  We loved the house and had a great visit. Greg was so nice and helpful. We would definately go back again. We had three couples staying there and it worked out great. St. Martin has the best restaurants of any island! Rendez-vous Lounge and Aux Quatre Vents at the new marina in cupecoy were two of our favorites. Also Mario's Bistro, Ma Ti, and Layla's (great for lunch) near Sandy Ground are great. The new restaurant Le Sand is also really good and right on the beach. The new marina in Cupecoy is great but we still love Marigot and Grand Case! Visitors from the USA need to be aware that the electrical is 220 (European) and you need to bring a convertor for phones, computers, etc. There were hairdryers there so that isn't a problem. Also there is a washing machine but no dryer so some extra clothes would be handy. It looks just like the pictures and is in a great location!

  We had a wonderful vacation at Santa Clara. The villa looked just like the pictures! We spent most of our time around the pool and the gazebo. Wonderful to have coffee in morning and wine at night enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful - made all our dinner reservations and even arranged for us to have a scuba lesson. We do plan on returning next year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Just got back from a 2 week stay at Villa Santa Clara. My husband and I, along with two other couples rented the house for the first time this year. All of us have only good things to say. The house is spacious, well furnished, excellent location, and just overall the best. We have been going to St. Martin since 1992 and have stayed at several different areas of the island. This villa is by far the best. In addition, you have your own personal concierge , Greg and Nelly. They are at your disposal for your entire stay! Although this was our first stay at Villa Santa Clara, it definitely will not be the last!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Santa Clara is a beautiful villa!! It is spacious and elegant with three gorgeous bedrooms, an open living area and a kitchen that is a pleasure to use. The villa is well located. It is within comfortable driving distance to beautiful beaches (Baie Rouge was our favorite beach nearby) and to Marigot and Grand Case. Grand Case offers numerous superb restaurants!! Also Greg and Nelly are wonderful! Greg brought us a luscious chocolate mousse on the last day of our stay. The only suggestion is that the sign out process at the end of the vacation should be handled differently. The day before, we were asked what time we were leaving. We said 10:45am. We were told the cleaning crew would come at 10:30 and we could then check out. The crew came at 10am however. We were instructed to stay as we wanted but we felt uncomfortable and left before we were ready mistakenly leaving behind lunch we had bought for the plane. Other than this we highly recommend this villa! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

  Villa Santa Clara is simply beautiful ! It's very spacious, well decorated with a nice Caribbean touch and appointed with high end appliances. We loved the Nespresso machine ! But the most amazing part of this house is definitely the pool area surrounded by beautiful views. We loved spending our afternoons, in the pool or under the gazebo. No need to be anywhere else ! The villa is very well situated : close to the airport, groceries (Marché Gourmet) and beaches (Mullet Bay one of our favorites). Also, Greg and Nelly, the villa managers, were very nice. Greg organized a boat trip for us to Anguilla and Pinel Island, they suggested very good local restaurants and bars, got us fresh fish for supper, etc. Every time we needed something, they were always there. Having a personal concierge was just great !

  This beautiful home has it all!! The most amazing sea views. A very well thought out and designed home. All furnishings, bedding, and towels were very high quality. The location is the best on the island! We were within a couple minutes of the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and night life. It is so convenient to everything!! We felt very safe and secure. The owner and management were so completely professional and friendly. They made you feel so welcome and were available for any concerns or questions. We were offered dicounted rates for activities and restaurants which was a very nice gesture. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The ocean breezes were so welcomed in the day and night. With the open views and beautiful landscaping there was plenty of wind to keep us all very comfortable in June. The pool was cool and refreshing and along with the outdoor seating area, was the center of our entertainment. Many days and nights by the BBQ with friends, in such an amazing house and location, made this our new home away from home. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend that you do. You will NOT be disappointed.

  Villa Santa Clara was a perfect place to stay in St. Martin and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to stay in the Terres Basses area. It is a short drive and conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The villa is beautiful and very spacious. We like to spend a lot of time sitting outside, and this villa definitely accommodates this; there was plenty of outdoor seating. We were very pleased with this villa and it is everything that website and description states. The staff was accommodating and were available anytime that we needed them. We have stayed at many different villas in St. Martin and this villa is at the top of our list and recommend it without hesitation.

  We were a bit nervous as there weren't any reviews when we booked Villa Santa Clara, but we were so relieved when we arrived. Greg and Nelly could not have been nicer- or more helpful. They are a wonderful couple and extremely helpful. The villa was private, clean, well stocked and relaxing. We were on the go most of the vacation and didn't spend much time during the day at the villa, but it was so nice to come 'home' to such a peaceful retreat. We rented a Jeep and explored the island- all the beaches and marinas and Greg even took us out on a private boat charter. We can't wait to return to St. Martin!
