  Our family of 4 adults stayed here, and we loved it. First visit for all of us to PR. Close to everything! We loved Metropol & the sushi place across the street - had awesome fresh sushi and cocktails plus they are open late! Bonus for our late arrival. We liked the fact of having our own parking spot & Charlies Car Rental right across the street made it easy! Not to mention Walgreen's is open 24/7 and sells everything from wine, liquor, beer, food, souvenirs, clothing, hats, shoes, coffee, sunscreen - you name it! SO convenient! Lorraine and the owner are very pleasant and super nice! They will accommodate your every need. The owner takes PRIDE in this home, so please treat it like your own if you plan to stay. We felt very safe walking around at night going to the bars & restaurants nearby! The beach was great! TONS of activities like kite surfing - if I wasn't such a wimp I would have totally tried it! They got the jet skies too! It was nice, and such a breath taking view from the apartment. It literally took my breath away the first morning - I was so excited! We took off to OSJ, Fajardo, and Rincon for day trips throughout the week and the location of this apartment was perfect being centrally located. I only wish we could have stayed a little longer!! I highly recommend this place if you need 3 bedrooms, because it seems hard to find in this location. Oh, and right up the street (Isla Verde Beach) is touristy. So, you're kind of away from that a little bit, which I liked. But we went to one of the hotel bars to watch the Superbowl. Be patient with the gate beeper and gate key to access the beach - we finally all figured it all out on our last day! But we had fun with the residents, they were helpful. And the pool is fantastic too. My only complaint is - pay attention to the plumbing! Keep a close eye on your kids so they don't throw stuff down the toilet and for heaven's safe do not (anywhere on any island) throw sanitary napkins of any kind down these drains. We had a little issue pop up on our first night from the previous tenants throwing this down the inadequate piping. And bring ear plugs, ipod or consume some alcohol before bed on the weekend. if you want to sleep before 5am. Or just go party with the locals and sleep on the beach later. P.S. If driving to OSJ, park across from Raices Resturaunt. Seemed like a good spot for us! But plan to get to OSJ early because the cruise ship craziness is in the afternoon. Also try food kiosks in Luquillo

  5 of us stayed in this nice 3bdrm 2bath condo. It was clean & updated and the building security men were friendly and helpful. Lorraine was great. AC was a bit noisey and street noise through single-paned windows - but nothing earplugs can't cure! Within walking to so many great restaurants. Pool large and refreshing; ocean right out your backyard. Elevators seemed to have a problem all week and security keys to beach & pool a bit annoying. But when in Paradise those are the little unimportant things.

  The apartment was dated and did not accomodate as well as was stated. Pillows were flat, a/c was not flowing into bedrooms and was very loud. It was clean, but was not as nice as portrayed.

  Owner response: We appreciate your comments and do take them seriously. Since you left we already changed the pillows and we are working on ways to make the air conditioner more efficient. We always try to make our guests as comfortable as possible and continue to enjoy our apartment as much as we have for over 30 years.

  We spent two weeks at this beautiful condo over the Christmas and New Year holiday. I am almost reluctant to share how absolutely perfect this condo is, cuz I wanna keep it all to myself! Only the fact that Millie is such a total sweetheart (as was Lorraine, who lives on site and checked us in and out) made me decide to share. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that this place is immaculate, comfortable, ideally located, roomy and has an ocean view to die for. Whenever anyone in my family started wandering around this spacious condo looking for me, they knew to come to the balcony first, cuz that's where I'd be! I also have to mention that Millie has taken such special care in making this truly a "home away from home"...from finding umbrellas (plural) for the one rainy day we had, decks of cards, a coffee maker AND espresso maker, FULLY equipped kitchen, books and DVDs sure to please ANY taste....I could go on and on..but I won't. Suffice it to say that if you don't book a stay in this unit, it'll be your loss....and I'm ok with that. More availability for me! Love ya Millie...hope to book again with you soon.

  We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. It was clean, nice, and very comfortable. Fantastic ocean / beach view and close to all Isla Verde has to offer. Would definitely stay here again! Millie is super nice!

  The place was excellent, location excellent, close to everything, very clean and homey. Safe and accomodating. Really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was awesome and stayed connected. Very helpful, we knew how to connect with Her if necessary. I want to stay there again and would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thank you very much.
